| Recent Review: | | The apartment is in a great location but it is very run down and all appliences are outdated.We have constant gas leaks because the wind blows out the pilots on our stove.As far as the landlord goes...don't expect him to help you with much...even if the dryer is on fire(true story).We were billed for a toilet that broke because it was not installed correctly.I am obviously not the happiest renter right now, my needs have not been met and as far as I am concerned nobody should live here until the place is done over.Look for black mold that has been painted over again and again in the bathrooms, it does take about a month to come through the paint. |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments are nice, but Sea Crest provides nothing - you pay for trash, sewer, water, gas, everything.They are not upfront about rental rates - They'll quote you one price in person and another on the phone. |
