| Recent Review: | | moved into this unit, first person to rent it after complete remodel.. less then 6 months, toilet came unstrapped from floor, flooring in kitchen came unglued, and walls in bedroom became mildewed and warped.. still havent been able to get them to fix any of it, plus the size of these apartments is only around 350 sq.ft and for 795.00 a month, its a rip off, no laundry facilities, and bad mail service, plus no one can get in without any buzzer system. |

| Recent Review: | | I have been here for a year and so far so good. I will say people keep to themselves.No assigned parking spots so if you show up late, good luck. You are better off renting a garage spot. Great amenities, great maintenance,great location. |

| Recent Review: | | Two years in the complex.They do a nice sell, and the grounds are beautiful.However, there are some points to consider.There is a major ant problem, during August and September there is no escape from thousands of them.There are more tenants than parking spaces, and tenants themselves get towed if they park in guest spots.And, of course, there are only 16 guest spots for over 200 apts.Buyer beware. |

| Recent Review: | | I moved my family into this apartment complex and out agin because of the noise.We were in a 2nd floor apartment and had noise problems from every direction downstairs, next door and from people digging through the dumpster at all hours of the night,not to mention the traffic noise!Complaints to the management did not resolve the problem I was told that I would have the same problem at any apartment complex... Wrong!We have moved and are living much more peacefully (at least now we get undisturbed sleep!) |

| Recent Review: | | BAD1 bedrooms size of childs tree house.Definitely not much bang for your buck.Vehicle can & will be towed if misplace small sticker on car (pay fee for sticker).Renters own dogs the size of humans (imagine feces and urine puddles)Various unmentioned expenses (Laundry 1.00 wash, 1.00 dryer) etcBAD neighborhood...TONS of homeless, thugs and low-lifes loitering streets.Indoor gym accomodates 3-4 people MAXJacuzzi actually single person pool with bubbles.NO central AC/heating unit...portable noise maker takes WAYYY too much room away from 3 feet wide living area.On top of all that previous owner of room left parting gifts....FLEAS...management claims to have spraid but itching and biting suggests otherwise.Parking...better luck next time!Management extremely RUDE/NONCHALANT...after my vehicle towed (parked under actually premises 2 days) given"IT'S YOUR PROBLEM NOT OURS TREATMENT" and quickly ignored for during of conversation. Current disgruntled tenants forward ALL emails to me...OWNERS and city of San Diego will know of these unsanitary and fraudulent complex. My lawyer has been contacted.GoodFree water, trash...Im sure somehow you end up pay for this also. |

| Recent Review: | | cheap rent, leaky roof, moldy rooms.awesome location, 1.5 baths, nice living space, garage storage, stolen car once (use club and no hondas).Property managers say they will fix things and never do - worst I have ever dealth with.Unfriendly, try to make you feel guilty for asking to fix a roof that leaks water all over.They make esthetic fixes to give the impression that it is nice, but what is underneath is a structure that has serious damage. |
