| Recent Review: | | I hated living in the apts as the walls were very thin.We had unreasonable neighbours living on to that keep on complaining to leasing office even if the kids could play .The leasing office was also filled with air heads that could only come and complain.For the same money I would go elsewhere. |

Everytime, the planesfly by and I would have to turn up theTV volume to watch the show, it'sannoyingc) The construction noise of housing near by. Thehammer hitting noise, the bang wake me up early inmorning2) Greedy managements:- Beside your rent, they also charge you for water,trash, pick up, parking space ....- Don't be sucked in with their low deposit. They'll send youanother $200-$300 bill after you leave eventhough youclean the apartment- The managements advertise for some goodies($99 deposit, 2 weeks or 1 month free) to suck renters in(who don't read consumer review) but in the end theywill recover those freebies with their creative (and notup-front when you sign the contract) chargesOverall, I rate a "D" for this complex |

| Recent Review: | | Apartment Management is worst, They are very rude and misbehave with you.There is this couple who manages and because of their attitude and behaviour everyone is leave that apartment.Overall I would say, unless the management changes nobody should even consider staying in that apartment.While leaving the apartment they would create a big mess, deposit will never be returned and a huge bill will be slaped on you. So watch out. |

| Recent Review: | | My largest complain comes in the form of mold.From the moment we moved into the apartment (my roommates and I) mold began growing on the walls and ceilings of our bathrooms.When I complained about the problem, the management said that they were aware of the issue but that they weren't responsible for such damages.So, every month I took a spray bottle, filled with water and bleach, and tried to bleach out germs.Furthermore, I come to find out that the mold grew there because they bought cheap paint that absorbed moisture...Does that make sense?They charge you and arm and a leg to live there, they are aware that mold grows in the bathrooms, yet they do nothing about it, except make you pay for it in the end.That's right, they took it out of my security deposit.Just because I took a shower in my own bathroom? |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments complex is definitely getting old, and often suffers from broken pipes and a leaky roof. The management also conducts yearly "inspections" of the apartments, during which time they will come in and snoop around to their hearts content. It's all very odd, as other apartment complexes do not indulge in this intrusive behavior. I would advise looking elsewhere and finding a more conventionally managed complex. In these days of security concerns, I feel very uneasy about having the management "inspect" my living quaters on a regular basis. |

| Recent Review: | | Jist: I have lived in apartments for over 4 years now. Lived here for about 6 motnhs. I never had a single noise complaint in last 4 years, whereas I got 4 in last 6 months. The only positive: Grocery, bank, blockbuster and hair cut place is across the road. Negatives: Too many. 1. Noise.. The guy below me can hear me walk. I agree I am 200 lbs but still. If I watch movie with my home theatre on, at reasonable voice, the guy above me calls security. Whats the point of Blockbuster across the road if you cant watch movies? Oh yeah, Living on 3rd floor you can hear the heels from 1st floor Tak tak tak tak. 2. Construction.. My book shelf one fine day fell. I guess 10 lbs was too much weight for the shelf. My closet shelf has fallen once in the master bedroom. 3. Water.. Couple of times in a month you can expect dirty water in your kitchen tap. 4. If you want to hang some threads outside your entrance door for religious reasons/looks the management sends you notice. I guess they want to keep it looking like a JAIL!!! 5. Do you want to use the clubhouse? Make sure you dont eat any sticky food or drink coloured cola or red punch or beer or alcohol in there when using club house for a party. 6. The pool is most of the times not clean, and definitely not heated. 7. Parking: Too congested. Try not hitting any posts installed by the management around. Sincere advise from :Current resident at River Terrace. Soon to be former resident!! :) |

| Recent Review: | | Have been here through 2 management teams-both were nice people but the managers here now are terrific.Maintenance is immediate and they are personable and care how we are doing.When I pay rent I am always asked if everything is okay in my apartment and they don't make you feel like you are bothering them if you have a problem.Highly recommended |
