| Recent Review: | | I've had dozens of leaks in the bedroom and hall closets.It's ridiculous, and getting maintenance to do anything is impossible.Management has changed hands at least three times in the two years I've been here.The parking lot is in bad shape.Old metal sticks up from where there used to be light poles.Somebody almost always parks in my paid space (another $25 a month for a puny awning with no lighting).There's almost no lighting, and the stripes are so worn you can't tell where the space is.My car was broken into (a total of three cars I know of, in this lot alone), and I take the ignition fuse out at night because I'm afraid of the car being stolen.Broken-down vehices have been here for months.The heating systems in the units are garbage, they only work when the weather is warm.We've had about a dozen leaks in the closets.I'm still waiting for maintenance to fix the drywall in the hall closet.We first noticed the leak when unpacking our Christmas stuff.There was mold and hundreds of tiny spiders everywhere in the back of the closet.We had to scrape the mold off ourselves and still haven't had maintenance come to take care of it, despite several calls.Part of the complex is right off of the highway - so close that some kids throw rocks at it.I can hear some of the louder vehicles at night, and I've got one of the furthest from the highway apartments. |

| Recent Review: | | The floor plans are great but you can hear your neighbors all of the time..more that just normal apartment living.etic but nothing gets corrected...The work out facility is never opened on time..was supposed to be 24 hour facility but now because of vandalism it has limited hours and not even open then.The maintenance staff is dysfunctional as well as the grounds staff.The management team listens and is apologectic but nothing gets corrected...This community needs help... |

| Recent Review: | | I have never seen any apartment complex as bad as this one. The management has no care for anybody who lives there. The cops are always around for some reason whether it is a car being keyed or violent acts within the complex. I would never recommend my worst enemy living here!! |
