| Recent Review: | | 4'x4' mud pits filled with scum and mosquitos. Drugs. Kids running around without parents in sight (one actually came up to me and told me to give him candy - and I'm a complete stranger). There was a fire in the vacant field next to my apartment started by a homeless person. Yeah, there's covered parking - just hope your window doesn't get smashed. Yeah, there are nice places going up all around this complex, but Summer Chase is left behind. I know it's cheap, but is your safety worth it? I was approached several times after I first moved in by a very unsavory man. I couldn't wait until my lease was up.And the assistant manager - she has lied to me about bills, made mistakes left and right having to do with money without ever apologizing, and she's hard to get ahold of because she works so little.Want more? Equity Residential - the owners of Summer Chase - are just as bad. They are currently trying to scam me out of money - I got an unitemized bill a month after I moved out. When I called, they went through 5 different excuses as to why I owed them this money. I was able to defunk all of them, but they still say I owe money - they just can't figure out why. I will never EVER rent or buy from Equity Residential again.DO NOT MOVE HERE. |

| Recent Review: | | I am living in old apt. my friend has a same one just new with less rent. I am paying $15 for pets every month but I do not have any my friend has but he is not paying. I talked about this with some lady 1 year ago. She told me she is will fix it maybe just forget. What is wrong with this apt? Every month I have paper on my door with some late fee for non-paying rent fees are always different. So I need go to office and show them bank statement and give them copy of the check. Do not move in please this is shit place |
