Fourstar is horrible, my place flooded every time the snow melted, and no one is ever available to help you out. Do not rent unless you talk them into $100 per month rent! |

| Recent Review: | | Avoid Fowler property management at all costs.This company will charge you 125% deposit, and give none of it back - no matter what state your apartment is.They will not paint the walls before you move in, or replace lightbulbs - yet they will charge you for this when you move out.Expect a $50 charge per light bulb.The maintenance supervisor rarely returns a call, and becomes upset if you insist he fix whatever is broken.There are much better companies to rent from in Boulder, at a much better price.Fowler should be blacklisted. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for two years, and I have no idea why I havn't moved out of here. The complex has issues with their draining system, and plumbing. Nice size apartments, but closet space is minimal. You pay way too much rent, for what you get for here in this apartment, and I would steer anyone away from renting with Fowler Property Management. |

| Recent Review: | | Very noisy. You can hear the single words of your neighbors. I dare not speak or watch TV after 10 pm. Whenever the people living upstairs walk, you'll feel the building will collapse.There are full of dog poop around, you'll be lucky if you don't get dog poop on your shoes if you walk in the lawn. Utility is expensive and my total rent is almost $900 for a one bedroom without cable TV.Overpriced. |
