| Recent Review: | | I loved the staff exspecialy the front desk laddies they were awsome whats up guys. the apartment were really nice.i had a 1 bed room for me my husbandand my sonwe had our living room witha gas fire place and dining room a bed room kitchen food pantry bath room closet inmy room and a little utility closet but the best of all was the views you got from some of the apparments. mountains lights of castle rock. i miss it.the pools and hot tubs were awsome to i went there everydayit got warm there was alot of kids there platingso my nieces and nefew and my little sis had kids there age to play with while i tookcare of my son.the club house was nice they had things for the kids there like ugio tournament movie night and a crafts fair there.the maitnece is awsomeour up stairs neighbors hot waterheater leaked over nightwe woke up to drinched floors and a bubbly wall the were there in 5 minutes fixing my wall and fixing there hot water heater. they was so nice theyeven had the rainbow cleaner guy come in and suck up all the water for us so it wouldnt stink.night time maintnence was awsom to one timemy garbage dispoale and my dish washer stopped working at the same time they was there in 5 minutes i forgot my key or mail key they was there. even on saturdays when no one is on duty they take time out of there weekend to come overand let you in your house.the pines is a nice place to livei loved it every where you go though youll get your partyers and mullet heads lol but at least here you can complain and they would be kicked outtryout thepines when they show you your room youll get to ride on a golf cart lol |

| Recent Review: | | Moving in was QUITE the hassle.The expectations were different literally from week to week prior to our move in.Fees and pricing kept changing on us by the leasing management.However, they were in the process of switching managemtn from 'Alexan Castle Pines' to 'The Lodge at Castle Pines' so I gave the situation the benefit of the doubt.The leasing and maintenance services are FANTASTIC!They always get to you in a timely manner and the work is always done very well!The apartments themselves are WELL worth the cost as they are clean, modern, and very pleasing to live in.The parking is ATROCIOUS!Be sure you like to walk because if you don't get off of work before your neighbors, you'll be walking a good distance from your parking space.It's got to the point were I can see 6 vehicle just in my area that had to 'invent' their own parking space - often times in fire lanes or drive lanes.They really need to add more parking.There is a LOT of field space surrounding the community, so I don't understand why they don't add a few parking lots in key areas.The lighting a just ok.I know that the two stairwells on each side of my building are only lit at the top (which is pretty well lit to begin with anyway because of parking lot lights and such) but not lit at all on the bottom.This make navigating the stairs at nice and after an ice storm kind of creepy.The grounds and lawncare are done VERY well.It always looks good in and out! |

| Recent Review: | | Would be a decent place if illegal immigrants weren't crammed into units, including the one bedroom units crowded with bunk beds for the "passing through" and "stay awhiles"; they dump their vehicles on the way through and litter and loiter. Some in the leasing office are top notch and some are warm bodies. Maintenance staff is very professional. Grounds are spacious but with a bit too much dog poop. Lots of young and very noisy loud-partying males who could be signing up for military duty but choose to deliver pizzas. |
