 I have been living at the Beverly Place Appartments since Novemebr 11, 2003. So far I would have to say stay away. In the past 10 months, I have had a garbage disposal break, a skylight leak, and smoke fill my appartment. I put in a repair order 3 months ago and am still waiting for repair. They don't make repair appointments so you may be barged in on at anytime. Also they have a key to your place and insist on making
