| Recent Review: | | I have been living at the Beverly Place Appartments since Novemebr 11, 2003. So far I would have to say stay away. In the past 10 months, I have had a garbage disposal break, a skylight leak, and smoke fill my appartment. I put in a repair order 3 months ago and am still waiting for repair. They don't make repair appointments so you may be barged in on at anytime. Also they have a key to your place and insist on making |

| Recent Review: | | THEY SUCK!! LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR .PAID RENT EVERY MONTH ON TIME .HAD PROBLEMS EVERY OTHER MONTH WITH ONE THING OR ANOTHER IN THE APARTMENT.THEY HAVE 80'S APPLIANCES AND SHITTY PEOPLE WORKING IN THE OFFICE.THE ONLY REASON WE EVEN MOVED IN WAS THE FREE WASHER AND DRYER TO KEEP WITH A YEAR LEASE. IF I HAD THE CHANCE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN I WOULD TELL THEM THEY COULD STICK THE WASHER AND DRYER WHERE THE SUN DON'T SHINE. |

| Recent Review: | | We are still living here but our lease is up at the end of the month and we are NOT renewing it. The pics on their website look a little decieving. we have a 2 bed 2 bath, IT'S TINY!! We pay 749.00 a month for rent, nearly 100 or more a month for OUR elect. JUST electricity. AND the common area utilities are about 40-60 dollars per month more. The rent is going up about 50 dollars more per month. Some good things are the management, they are WONDERFUL people, they will bend over backwards to help you. Have never heard of any breakins etc. seems very safe here. More quiet than any other place i've lived. |

| Recent Review: | | the place is nice to live,, great views,, nice area... but the apartments are shabby.. paint wears off the walls... carpet lets just say it sucks.pay all utilitys,, pluse a shared utility.. so if someone in you building takes hour long shows every day.. be prepared for a high water bill.parking sucks,, you get one spot to park,, and if you have a second car.. hope you get lucky andfind a spot close by to park it.and if you park in the wrong spot your car well be towed.the mangers are rude,, very inconsedert,,and not helpfull at all!!!!!!!!people put there trash by the doors.. and leave it there for days... also there are supposed to be "dog walks" but people let there pets go in the play ground or right out side the doors. and no one ever cleans it up,, the basket ball, tennis,, and indoor pool,, are not all that nice,, the courts are usually littered with trash, and the indoor pools water look just nasty, or is to full of chemicals you cant swim.. great place to live if your single solider staiond at carson or peterson.. but not for familys,, |

| Recent Review: | | I lived in this complex forthree years, and so agree with the last person, fresh from college, and came to live there.Everything he said is so very true, and hats off the nice guy who comes to fix things.He has more brains and sense than any of the people in the rental office.Cops are frequent visitors, have to say that they were there more than they were away.. look else where please.... |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments look great on the outside... new and pretty. But for the safety of you and your family, just dont move here... it is brand new and already looking like the ghetto... people throw their trash everywhere... our upstairs neighbors party all night and day, they have thrown weed on our patio. We have complained several times to the managment and they do nothing. We have called the police several times about the loud noise and the drugsand the office does nothing. I am sick of this place and would not recomend it to my worst enemy. The office is either really lazy... or they dont care. So, if you would like to have multiple pets and not pay for them, do drugs, trash the complex and party all the time, come on in... at least my lease is over in a few months. There is also never any parking... they have the covered parking situation all screwed up so you have to walk a long way to your apartment almost all the time. Please read this closely if you want a safe area to live do not move here, the rent is too high to be having to deal with all this. |

| Recent Review: | | Sound proofing between apartments on the same level was adequate. However, if you live on the ground floor, or 2nd floor with the 3rd floor above expect to hear everything your upstairs neighbor is doing including walking, using the bathroom, having "whoopee", etc. Sound proofing between the floors seemed to be non-existant. Also, the windows offer little or no noise insulation. If people are outside talking or on their patios, you were going to hear it. Office staff doesn't care and picks and chooses what is enforced in the lease. They choose to ignore noise and lied about you being able to hear people walking above. When I confronted them about the lie they still denied it happens. |

| Recent Review: | | Management has changed hands 3 or 4 times in the 2 years I have lived here. No one has any clue what is going on in the management office. The maintance men are not very good and when they have to work together all they do is argue with each other. |

| Recent Review: | | I saw that someone else is having the same water billing problems as Ihave.I feel that Simpson Properties isn't trying to alleviate this growing problem in this community.It doesn't seem fair that everyone is charged the same for water regardless of the size of the apartment and the number of occupants.Also, the cost of the water service is ridiculous.I've lived in many different apartments, even in other parts of the U.S. (the east coast included) and I have never paid so much for water.If anyone else cares to share, please post your comments here as well.They need to realize that this is a major problem and it both needs to be addressed and corrected for everyone who lives here. |
