| Recent Review: | | This place and it's employees are very deceiving. They showed me a nice model and told me that I could not see the actual apartment because it was getting cleaned up, and that before I could get the keys to it I had to sighn for them. when I first looked in my apartment there was mold and mildew in both bath tubs, my heater and airconditioner did not work, my deck had dry rotted wood and i was on the second floor. one toilet did not flush at all the other toilet sometimes flushed and had a vey slow refill time, the carpets had a bunch of stains in it there were huge holes in the walls I was missing a closet door and a couple of the glass door mirrors were cracked and broken, there were wires hangingdown from a hole inside a cabinet above the sink, the carpets were coming up and peeling back along the walls and edges, there were large spots on the walls were the paint had been pilled off, the lockes on the windows did not function, the screens were bent, and this is just to name a few, They wanted to charge me 1,020 a month and we had lived there for four mothes and no matter how much we complained they did not attempt to fix anything till after the fourth month when I refused to pay 174.00 for use of gas, we couldn't use anything like the heater or air conditioner because it was broken. A professional air conditioner guy came to look at it at our request he told me that the moter was taken out and laying next to the unit. I have three young kids I had to keep warm with portable electric heaters in the winter and cool them down with a cold wet cloth in the warmer monthes. this place is a dump. the fitness room has nothing but broken machinery and the carpet in there is water stained and smells like mildew in there, the tennis courts are filld with cracks in the turf and not kept at all. This place is very bad do your self a favor and stay away from this place, they have a lawyer who knows how to screw you over, he knows that all the judge wants to hear is: was rent due was tenent notified of over due rent and has it been paid yet. the judge is not interested in why you didn't pay and thier attourney knows this and thats how they get people to pay more money to the apartment, what really pisses me off about this place is despite the bad condition of my apartment and my constant complaints to fix it up they decide to build a brand new fence. |

| Recent Review: | | They have gone thru 3 managers and on the fourth since I 've lived here. Tracy is the worst one yet. She is hateful, rude, impatient and displays zero customer service. No I am not upset because I did not getting something I wanted or didn't want.All I want is to warn everyone else since the last manager left, Glena I beleive was her name the place has fallen apart. The trash compactor is always full, dog crap every where. Trash everywhere. Can't get repairs for weeks and even amonth on one thing, they said they were ordering parts. From where China?The maintenance head guy is such a double talker, any time I would ask him to fix something, he always has an excuse but never gets the work done, he always sent one of his "guys". Why can't he come he's always in the garage back thier maybe he could helpsomeone once in a whilel. The other new manager is a joke she doesnt know anything. The middle aged lady and little long haired blonde are very sweet they try to help you. But don't expect to talk to the manager; like you'd want to she is so rude and hateful, but if you did, unlike the last manager whom I spoke to several times she will not have time for you with out an apppointment & then she will be curt, hatefull and rude. In short the last couple of months maintenance is slower that ever. Management is rude and it seems like a power play with the attutude ofI will because I can or I won't because I dont have to. I can't figure the attuitude out. Certaining notcustomer service oreinted. If my employees had that attuitudethey would not have a job. I've been a resident here almost four years. The new middle aged lady or the long haired blonde arethe ones to ask for repairs. The middle aged ladywill call you and let you know why its going to take a weekto a month for your repairs.Its really sad thou I signed another contract with them because they were getting much better, but now they changed managers again andgot a loser, she was the bookkeeper before but I didn't have to deal with her attuditue I could go to the manager Glena she was really busy all the time but she always made time for me even WITH OUT AN APPOINTMENT", what where they thinking? They weren't. They should have left it alone, because its not working now. Buyer beware is all I can say! You have been warned. |

| Recent Review: | | This is a fairly new complex but has very high turnover with Fort Carson.The managers don't always keep up with the tenants and loyalty to long termers seems to slack quite a bit.If you plan on staying more than a year and a half, look for a different place to save on rent savings loyalties... |

| Recent Review: | | We lived here for a year and it was absolutely shocking, the leasing agency charged us way too much and then started to say that we owed them more money when we didn't. Also you don't get value for money. The leasing agency are rude and when you needed maintenance it took them at least a week and a half to come and fix something..I really would not recommend you live here you can do so much better! |
