| Recent Review: | | I really enjoyed living at Bridgwater. The apartments were a little dated but surprisingly kept up very nicely.The management team was extremely wonderful. The three ladies in office, unfortunately, left soon after I moved in. I have never lived at an apartment community were the office staff and maintenance team called me by name, until I moved to Bridgwater.I recently bought a house so I am not looking to rent in the near future but if I should I would move to a TCRS property. I will continue to recommend anyone who is looking for an apartment to lease at Bridgwater. |

| Recent Review: | | from living in the apartment for a year and a half i feel it is a great place to live for people with out alot of money but with pets. dont plan on making friends in the area if you dont speak spanish though. lots of loud mexican music, but people are friendly. |

| Recent Review: | | I lived at Courtney Downs for almost a year.Within just three months of living there, I was ready to move out.The biggest problem lies with their pet policy.They allow too many large breed dogs and do not check to see if their tenants are following breed restrictions.Also, they allow their tenants to have several animals per apartment-- one of my neighbors had three dogs and a cat living in a two-bedroom unit, along with two kids-- RIDICULOUS.People do not clean up after their animals, so don't expect it, even with the pet-pots posted.Courtney Downs has dropped its rents, allowing too many unfavorable people to move in-- you will see a police car parked at the community at least once a week.Apartment living can be stressful and nomadic even in the best conditions, but Courtney Downs does little to make tenants feel like they have found a home.They are actively allowing their once nice community to turn into a slum. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for 29 months.The apartment is spacious, but construction is poor.Apartments are drafty and very expensive to heat.Water and sewer are rip-offs.$40. - $50 a month for an 800 sq foot apartment.Most houses with 3 residents don't pay that much.Large bedrooms, large bathroom.Since the rental market is soft, the caliber of tenant has declined.Threatening notes on cars, dog droppings never picked up, general disrespect of other tenants. |

| Recent Review: | | his is an awesome apartment, and an awesome price, especially for the area it's in.It's close to many restaurants, shops, even a mall is close by.The apartment itself is quiet, pet friendly, and spacious.Parking is a bit tight (small spaces) but its plentiful, so it isn't an issue. |
