| Other reviewers have complained about the noise, but my unit (at least) is as quiet as a tomb - I almost never hear any noise from the other apartments.Parking is usually available, but sometimes I have to park 1 unit over - no real problem.Snow is removed immediately, so no problem there.The whole place is lit up like the Berlin wall, too. I've never seen any police called here. The apartment is warm and comfortable, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place. I looked at about 30 places in Fort Collins before settling on Pinecone and I am quite satisfied with it. |
