| Recent Review: | | I moved into the Seasons three years ago, and have been regretting that decision ever since.What you need to know:Parking is a joke.There is one assigned space per apartment, and guests will never find a place to park.Many people have resorted to parking on the street, and have had their cars broken into.The management is horrible.The concerns of residents go mostly unanswered.For example, during the snowstorm of 2003, residents remained stuck in their garages and parking spots for several extra days while the management waited for the lowest bidder to come plow the parking lot.It's loud.You might think that college students would be driven away by the relatively high rent and distance from the college, but you'd be wrong.These are rentals, and weeknight parties are the norm.I could go on and on, but in summary, let me say that renting at the Seasons has been a very bad experience, and you've been warned. |

| Recent Review: | | The place is alright, but they have a very high turnover rate when it comes to maintenance men and office staff. This results in them being behind on most things that need to get done and they have talked bad about certain tenants with myself in the room. |

| Recent Review: | | Ron Helten, owner, is concerned only with his bottom line with little regard for quality.His maintenance personel at this complex, one of many of his properties, is out of control.He has been known to enter tenent's homes at will, without permission, start and escelate verbal altercations with tenents with little to no provocation & is very dishonest.His employer, Mr. Helten is content to look the other way stating that "Gary is the best maintenance man I've ever had," while most units are clearly in disrepair or repairs are done in the sloppiest manner.The grounds at this property are rarely clean.Mr. Helten is aware of these issues and chooses inaction or inappropriate anger in dealing with complaints.Mr. Helton frequently verbally abuses his managers and can often be heard doing so over the phone and in person with the leasing office door closed.I am a tenent, not a manager, by the way. |
