| Recent Review: | | The area is beautiful, the cottages are absolutely fabulous but management is awful! Maintenance request are not honored in a timely manner, and when they are the problem is "temporarily" fixed. I am not sure if this is laziness or just lack of respect for their tenants! One of the Leasing consultants/Office managers is simply rotten when dealing with a tenants complaints and is very cold in person too! Overall I would recommend this complex if you or someone you know is a handyman!!! |

| Recent Review: | | An awful management. Property managers are changed frequently, but 'fish is rotting from the head'. They have a fraudulent statement in the rental agreement, called 'non-refundable part of the security deposit fro redecoration'. This is against Colorado Low. Security deposit should not be applied for normal tear and wear. I am claiming my deposit through the small claim court, it seems to work! They have failed to return the deposit foralmost 4 months already! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Outrageuos utility fee-$60! Everywhere - $15-$25!!! IF YOU DID RENT FROM THEM, KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! See, art. 38-12-103(1) OF COLORADO REVISED STATUES. DO NOT LET THEM STEAL YOUR MONEY! |
