| Recent Review: | | Very noisy building. Wood floors sqeak REALLY loud. If you have to live here, live on the top floor. On top of that, the water radiators knock very loudly all night. I have a six month lease here and I can't wait to get out. I hate it! |

| Recent Review: | | Parties disrupt the living here.Management takes forever to fix things or address things.They often tell residents that they will "take care of things""address the issue" or other such nonsense and NEVER do anything.The problems continue and get worse.Ever heard of the saying, you get what you pay for?Well that is the case with these apartments.These are cheap.They are in a nice area, but they are cheaply made.The doors leak air, the windows don't open in some apartments, the walls are seperating from the windows, the lighting is cheap track lighting that doesn't do a very good job, the living rooms are TINY, you can't even fit a table in the dining area, the cabinets are cheap quality, the appliances are new but they are the cheapest ones available, tile is nothing but peel and stick crap that peels up when it gets even a bit wet, expect to hear the conversations of people on top, below you, on the side of you, across the hall from you, across the street, dogs barking a lot, poop everywhere, management is RUDE.They LIE when they tell you that there is "extra soundproofing" and "upgraded carpets".The carpets can't be walked on or touched or they get all matted up and they attract dirt like no ones business.Lots of power outages in this area during the Summer time also.Some of the problems here so far:1.Drug Dealers and/or people strung out on drugs2.Employees having sexual relations in the office3.Employees that haven't passed drug screening or background checks4.Illegal tenants5.Parties6.Unsupervised children throwing rocks at cars, windows, etc.7.Pets allowed to roam without leashes8.Pets allowed to be chained up on porches and patios9.Pets allowed to poop everywhere, not to be cleaned up by either their owners or the managers.10. Children breaking into other peoples apartments11.Apartments on bottom have indoor locks installed on the patio doors, no security12.Parties gallore13.Residents fighting (domesetic abuse)14.Managment dupping residents into signing leases they shouldn't have to sign15.Management advertising specials and bonuses and not delivering those specials or bonuses.16.Raising the rent extrodinary amounts to current residents while significantly decreasing the rents paid by new residents (by 100's of dollars)17.Maintenance man and assistant manager constantly maintaining inappropriate behavior together while in the "proffesional" office.18.Tenants bringing in MORE guests than stipulated in the lease to the VERY SMALL pool.19.Tenants stealing computers, workout equipment, and satelite receiver from clubhouse .20.24 hour maintenance is a joke, no one ever responds to the pages21.Business center has one computer that is constantly not working due to the management letting people look at porn, the printer is always out of paper and ink.22.No fax and copy available23.There is no FULL SERVICE CLUBHOUSE. Management will not let anyone use the facilities that make it a full service clubhouse.24.Garages are EXPENSIVE and SMALL.They also are only located on one side of the property, useless to those who don't live on that side of the property.25.Home buy program is a joke.26.Notary Public Service doesn't exsist.27.Omni Blue Ribbon Services non exsistant.28.Concierge services are all located 50 miles away and are of no use to residents here.29.Pets are accepted with a high non-refundable pet deposit and monthly charge.30.Playground is written all over and is trashed 80% of the time.31.Sparkling pool with this HUGE deck.So everyone can bask in the sun but only a few can actually fit in the pool.No hot tub or even umbrellas on the furniture (which is broken).32.Walk-In Closets are ONLY available in certain units.Last but not least, the managment company has complaints filed against them through the better business bureau.Check it out for yourself, ask questions, and make observations of things going on around you.Ask specific questions and DO NOT sign the lease without reading it through first (take it home if possible, don't sign it with them present guiding you through the process). |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for about a year now and have had a load of crap happen to my apartment.This month alone (March 05) they have had at LEAST 5 residents move out.By the end of the month I know of at least 4 more that are planning on leaving.They have had at least 10 residents leave in the previous 2 months.Some residence have left BEFORE their year leases are up because they can't stand it here.Others are planning on leaving immediately upon their lease expiring.When I moved in my ceiling was leaking in my bathroom.The maintenance person came over and fixed it.Then the lady behind me's ceiling started to do the same thing.The maintenance person came over to her apartment and fixed it.Then they both started leaking again.The maintenance person has NO CLUE what he is doing and should be FIRED!!!This issue has occured in several other apartments due to faulty install of the showers/tubs.Air conditioners/heaters do not work appropriately.Maintenances idea of fixing the problem is to close and open various vents around the apartment.The problem is that they installed the incorrect type of heating/cooling system and did a poor job in the installation of the venting system.If you live on a south facing apartment such as me, be ready for really cold winters and really hot summers. The power goes out in this area OFTEN!!!This apartment allows pets, which is nice.They DO NOT however enforce their clean-up policy which has resulted in mass amounts of dog crap EVERYWHERE!!!They also have a lot of dog owners that somehow feel they are "above the rules" and let their dogs out on balconies (where they pee and poo all over the residents below).Noise from other apartments is awful.The walls are so paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING.Residents can be really loud!!!Even if you have your music up to a minimal volume it will sound like a mega phone against the wall.My overall advice is to NOT move into these.They are not of very good quality, the managers are very unprofessional, and the level of maintenance service is really poor.There are also a great deal of people living here that are not supposed to.Drugs are a huge problem here.Questionable background checks. |
