| Recent Review: | | This is the worst place I have ever lived.The management lies to get you in, and then denies their earlier claims.The staff is very rude.It is almost impossible to have maintenance issues resolved.They are always looking for a way to squeeze an extra buck out the tenants.The buildings are falling apart.Snow removal is more often done by God than the maintenance people.There is never enough parking, even though half of the apartments are empty.I hate it here! |

| Recent Review: | | I moved into Legacy lured in by the sweet move in deals and now I have paid the price.My rent was increased by $160/month after I had stayed there a year, I was only given 7 days to search for an apartment before I was required to give them written notice if I was leaving, and then when I had to move out before the end of my second lease term, I had to pay out big.The apartments are nice, but with the cheap move in deals, they attract some really noisy jerks and parking can be a nightmare.I do not recommend moving here unless you are ready to move out at the end of your lease! |
