Recent Review: I sign an 6 month lease which I extended at the end for another 6 months. For some reason the property manager (Nancy Wong) decided that I need to pay one more monthly payment and sued me for a month rent and additional charges totaling about $1,000. I ended up paying the extra money even though I didn't think I owed it. I would like others to be aware of this practice. They'll come after you for an amount that is small enoughso it will not justify hiring an attorney yet enough to cause hardship.
