| Recent Review: | | I have been living here for 3 months and I only did so because the guy I talked to was fricken awesome.Everything he said I could expect I got.That is pretty impressive coming from a salesman or anyother man for that matter.Anyways, this place is awesome.But the other day I am in the office and there is an entirely new management staff and I don't have my Koko anymore (typical guy).I hope they can live upto our expectations.If you guys are looking for an apartment anywhere, ask to see if Koko is working there.He might still be with the old management company and if so those residents are lucky.Cause quite honestly the apartments here are just okay but the service from the staff both sales and maintenance made the difference.I would recommend this place. |

| Recent Review: | | When you first come in the staff bend over backward tohep but after you have signed the lease, watch out beucaseyou are a thing of the past.There is violece galore here and the security is a joke. There has been assaults in the indoor pool area, shootings over the past two years.A young couple moved in and had a house warming which ended in gun fire. There was a man who lived here only a short while who was car jacked at gun point. They say they only allow in quality people but the turth is there are violent offenders in this complex. THe pool is a mess, kids all around unspervised and under aged teens drinking on the propery. Dogs are left on the balconies barking through the night but security says this is not thre issue. THe apartments are hot and the air conditioners run up the electric bill but won't cool.In the winter the furnise is so loud that you'll won't be able to enjoy a movie on your television. The fire places are for looks only and the winter draft.And the drafts are terriable. The doors are not weather proof at all.Noisy, dangerous, neglectful and maintaince is poor. Maintance people are nice but they are over worked and are not given the right supplies to do quality work.Do yourself a big favor and avoid the daily headache of living here. |

| Recent Review: | | At first they were very helpful, but over the past year, they no longer seem to be very concerned to help with any problems.They have never returned a phone call after a message was left. All staff, to us, seem to be concerned only with residents they personally know. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at several communities in the Denver area, and I have never found a place as great as this. The staff is wonderful and sweet, and it's a great location, plus the upkeep is fantastic.Recommended! |
