| Recent Review: | | I moved in 1 1/2 years ago, The complex is pretty nice, nice lawns and they keep it fairily clean.But they jack up the rent hard core when it's time to resign a lease.The biggest problem I had was the hot water heaters in my apaprtment and the one above mine both leakedBAD... they did fix it but it would help if they actually replaced them once every25 years or so... Parking is a little sparce, but all residence do get one marked spot, and most of the time no one parked in my spot, I would recomend this property, just be sure to watch them when rent comes around they have made a few mathmatical mistakes and left notes on my door which they were able correct quickly.. |

| Recent Review: | | I LIVED HERE FOR ABOUT A YEAR, AND IT WAS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE. VERY CLEAN APARTMENTS, EVERYTHING BRAND NEW. BEAUTIFUL FLOOR PLANS! THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE ARE ALL VERY HELPFUL, AND WILLING TO WORK WITH YOU IN TOUGH CIRCUMSTANCES. I HAVE LIVED IN ALOT OF APARTMENT COMPLEXES AND THIS HAS BEEN BY FAR THE BEST! |

| Recent Review: | | My husband and I lived here for two years. We moved here because it was low in rent and the location was good for us. Since then, I have grown to despise living here. If you like drug deals going down at 3 am in the parking lot or cars every 5 minutes with their music blasting, then this is the place for you. MY BIGGEST PROBLEM WAS THE LEASING OFFICE, THE PEOPLE WHO WORKED IN THE OFFICE WERE NOT HELPFUL AND VERY RUDE. MAINTENANCE WAS VERY VERY POOR.
