| Recent Review: | | I have had so many problems here, fridge doesn't work, ac, my motorcycle even got stolen out front.DON"T RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS!!!!You will never get anything serviced and your car just might get stolen...It happened to my neighbors too, just as soon as this lease is up, we are OUTTA HERE!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I thought this was a great please to live in the beginning but, I was wrong.It takes days till you get anything fixed in your apt.Our insulation around the windows is horrible!Our bedroom leaks either cold air or hot air depending on the season.As for parking, good luck finding a spot anywhere close you your own building.As for the clientel, less than desirable. In fact there was a HUGE police incident there yesterday with numerous police cars.The police respond to the apt complex quite often.I don't feel safe there anymore. It's EXTREMELY noisy at night and after hours near the pool because the security people don't come around after a certain hour to kick people out. Also, recently the pool has taken on a green color, this is NOT normal.It's been in the high 90's for weeks now and you can't even enjoy the pool. The office staff keep saying they are working on it but, you never see any maintenance staff working on it. |
