| Recent Review: | | My husband and I chose this apartment for just a two-month lease (it's hard to find short-term leases), after selling our home and waiting for our new home to be built. We did not have high expectations, but I would never have expected as many problems if we had lived there for 10 years! It looks like a very nice apartment from the outside, and even the inside at first glace, however, so many things went wrong shortly after moving in. The carpet had been replaced before we moved in due to a leak that ruined the last carpet (they never could tell us where the leak had been). After a few weeks and a big rain, another very large leak developed throughout the middle of the ceiling (and we were on the bottom floor!) Fortunately we cleaned up the water before it ruined my computer and desk. The carpet was never cleaned and it still smells like mildew. Supposedly the roof was fixed, however, after the latest rain, a third leak recently developed in the other bedroom, and the floor is now soaking wet. There are ants in the kitchen, and after we complained about the large gaps around the front door, maintenance attempted to weather-strip the door - not well enough to keep the crickets and beetles out, though. There is a large leak coming from under the tub, and the faucets leak. Maintenance has been pretty quick to respond, however, it seems like as soon as one problem is fixed, another one appears. The place is somewhat old, and the kitchens are tiny, but otherwise the other rooms are spacious. We had to keep our BBQ and patio furniture in our living for two weeks while they painted the exterior! Parking is excellent because we face the parking lot (those who don't tend to park on the street because it's closer), however we've stopped parking in front of our complex because the kids that play in the parking lot every weekend hit our cars with their footballs. The staff seems pretty friendly and helpful, however, they don't follow-up very well after problems, and have quoted us the wrong amount for the rent-due during our last partial month there, so you have to watch them. It's generally quiet and we've never had any experiences with it feeling unsafe. |

| Recent Review: | | This place was a mistake from day 1. Maintenance changed our locks on the first day so we had to wait 3 hours to get a key while having a Uhaul rental by the hour.Apartment was a mess stains on carpet, hole in ceiling, stab marks on doors and walls, and much more.Maintenance was a joke too. AC went out in July and took them 3 weeks to fix it. Appliances constantly broke. Left holes in walls when they tried to fix leaks.Cars are constantly racing down the road at all hours of the night. Police are there on constantly arresting people. My car was hit by neighbor and management did nothing to help me out. Dogs barking 24/7 and no one picks up after them if and when they are taken for walks.When lease was up they raised rent approx. 70% to try to take advantage of our situation after telling us rent would not go up.Charged us an exurbanite amount for |

| Recent Review: | | I have stayed here for one and a half years amd this is by far my worst apartment experience.Its the negative attitude that really gets me.Apartments are traditionally moneymaking ventures with little regard if any for the humans who stay in them..but this one really takesthe cake.They treat people badly especially Indians .They like to rent apartments to Indians since most Indians in Colorado are part of a transient population which is unlikely to settle down and buy homes ,invariably have a good credit history,and does not in most cases make a nuisance of themselves.Ironically enough,after you move in its a harrowing experience.There is legal recourse to this kind of treatment but most people refrain from taking any action because they are not there very long. |

| Recent Review: | | I don't recommend this complex at all.The apartments are small and cramped.If I get home after 3 in the afternoon, I have to park almost a block away which is horrible because I usually work until late in the night.Jeremiah, the assistant manager in the office is a very helpful guy, but maintenance and other members of the staff just don't follow through with things that need to be done.At the beginning of the spring I was getting 4 and 5 wasps in my apartment each day (which both myself and my boyfriend are allergic to) due to the window screen being broken and them climbing in there, then through the cracks in the window seal.The office refused to do anything about that, including when they started building a nest on my front porch.I didn't have a dishwasher for the first three months I lived here; it didn't work when I moved it.Then, when my dryer broke, they finally fixed my dishwasher.It took another 2 1/2 months to get my dryer fixed, at which point they broke the door that conceals it, and that is still not fixed.It probably doesn't help that no one on the maintenance staff speaks English.All of that and I still pay more in rent than I have square feet.Paper thin walls make for sleepless nights and every night is a party at Camden Pinnacle.I've been here seven months, and I can't wait for my lease to run out so I can leave this place!Think twice before you move in here! |

| Recent Review: | | Nice apartments though pricey -- would not recommend owing to upper-level management apathy towards genuine tenant issues.Apartment is nice.Design-wise, it has a congested look in its living space, comparable with apartment communities at a similar grade.Grounds are ok. Maintenance seems to do routine maintenance.Watch out for rodents, ants and spiders!Maintenance seems to follow the orders of the management staff to the letter; i.e., if they are told to check up on something, they do that - in a cursory manner - and nothing else.If you wanted something specifically done, for example - actual moving about of appliances to check on something - you have to complain again, leading to a subesequent visit.Similar dealings with any external agency they have contracts with for maintenance - very cursory check-ups, no follow-ups regarding genuine complaints, which may potentially lead to compounding the initial problem.First-contact staff seems to be nice and helpful.Top-management is extremely unhelpful.Their whole motto seems to be to be your 'best friend' till you sign the lease, then they are apathetic. Also, barely short of being uncivil, let alone believing in good customer service, though they try and pay lip-service to that.I suffered some personal property damage because of a problem, to which their response on complaining, though prompt was incomplete and ineffective in the steps taken. This lead to the problem escalating resulting in some personal property damage.The top management stopped short of being rude and on contacting the upper level management(who are not even in Denver, but in Texas and California), did get an acknowledgement that their steps taken weren't complete, but absolute refusal to compensate (very reasonably) for the actual cost of the personal property damaged.Am absolutely disgusted with the corporation and the way the management works. Obviously, their acknowledgement that we are paying good money in rent is not sufficient to cover their own lapses in appropriate and effective measures, with follow-ups, to counter tenant-reported problems, let alone any preventive measures.Would never recommed this place, and perhaps not even the company, Morgan Group, to anyone. |

| Recent Review: | | I've lived here for a year and have had enough.I am constantly putting up with the loud lady above me and the even louder guy below me.When i complain about the noise the managment does nothing.in the summer it's not uncommon to hear drunk kids in the pool at 4 in the morning.there is dog poo every where cause people don't pick up after themselves.the apartment it's self is nice, way over priced though. and the train is very annoying.oh and parking is non exsistant. |
