Recent Review: This is an excellent place to live. Pleasant surroundings, friendly neighbors. It's only 12 minutes from UConn: close enough to get to school fast, but far enough that you won't have to deal with parties all the time. If you like the great outdoors and don't mind living in "the middle of nowhere", this is the place for you. Clean and quiet premises, safe, modern split-level (townhouse-style) apartments. Rumor has it that the property was once used as a halfway-house, but most of those people are gone now. Owners/landlords are demanding, so be prepared to pay the rent ON TIME each month (and be prepared if they misplace your check!).
