| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for a year, and couldn't be happier.The landlord and maintenance guy are here almost everyday working.With all the snow this winter, they were out here immediately doing sidewalks and parking, very conscientiousVERY responsive to problems (which are few.)VERY quiet.Mostly youngish working folks, nice neighbours.Rent is $625/mo which is great for what you get.The basement is a great plus.Sliding glass door to a back patio makes the space seem bigger.Close to everything via highway, yet still secluded.Electric heat can be costly, but not too bad ifyou turn it off when you're at work, heats up quickly, though.Highly recommended if you like country quiet, and a very accomodating owner/landlord. |
