| Recent Review: | | These are advertised as luxury apartments in which they really are. The inside is very lavish and most of the apartments are brand new. The leasing consultant is very nice and any repair needed was completed promplty even if it was late at night. It is very quiet here, but take note that there are very few young indiviuals here. The neighbors are for the most part friendly and it is a very safe community. I have actually left the complex and left the garage door open all day and no one even bothered to take a snoop around. The only negative comment is the club house. It has been yet another year and no club house. However, it is now being constructed so it should be ready for use shortly. Keep in mind luxury comes with high prices.Overall this was a great place to live, even though there are negative reviews on other properties Eric Santini owns. Maybe he should now focus on those! |

| Recent Review: | | By reading this review hopefully it may save you from some of the headaches I've had to go through.Upon moving in I was almost promised that there was good sound-proofing between the units, there definately isn't.Actually, it's quite the opposite.You can literally hear everything (and I mean everything) your neighbors do.So if you happen to have a neighbor who plays obnoxiously loud music, parties and so on you will have no privacy from their lifestyle.If you call the management they may or may not return your call.Also, there is a major problem with flooding in the storage units and it has been that way for the past two years.Some of the maintainence staff are very "rough around the edges" don't expect them to be polite.Furthermore, while there are some nice people living here there are also some strange ones.If you are a single female I would not recommend living here.Also, the parking areas are very, very dimly lit.If you do choose to live here but you want some peace I would choose one of the more expensive one-level end units.These have no one above or below (but there is still one adjoining wall).Also, if you have cats definately keep them indoors due to the coyotes and large free-roaming dogs.There is a leash rule but some of the residents don't abide by it.Now for the pros... the grounds are well maintained and it is in a nice setting.Remember looks can be deceiving.I can't wait to get out of here! Think twice! Hope this helps! |
