1. Aspen Glen
Aspen Glen Drive

Recent Review:Do not go here. It will give you headaches when it comes to maintenance and customer service. Maitenance response is so slow. The people in the leasing office are not friendly. They are not very professional at all. If you have questions with your bill -- good luck -- the book keeper only has 1hr/day allocated for Aspen Glen. It think it is a third party book keeper.
2. Avalon Walk Apartments

Recent Review:The apartments are shoddy, with old appliances, boring floorplan, apartments are damp with mildew growth, worms that inhabit the apartments day and night, because as the very rude and self serving staff explains,"you cannot keep nature out".For what you pay, worms should not be included in your rent! And, the gas ovens had so much grease built up inside that was unreachable, any type of cooking set off the smoke alarms, which are placed right in front of the small galley kitchen.Rent is highly overpriced. There are so many more reasonable and nice apartments out there.Really take time to look around. In the end, you will thank yourself.

Recent Review:You get what you pay for, that's all I can say.The building is a dump, and it is next to impossable to get anything fixed in anything near a timely manner. The walls are thin as paper, be ready to know EVERYTHING about your neighbors. You have no control over the heat, so you are always either freezing, or so hot that you are dying in the middle of the winter. The ONLY thing the building has going for it is the location, its in a good part of hamden, so crime really isn't a problem.Which is a good thing, since the 'security' door in the back is often left unlocked or propped open.Over all, the cheapness of the rent is nowhere near worth the cheapness of the building.

Recent Review:The aparments are nice, spacious, and theres lots of storage space. For the most part, the management is courteous.Maintenance is ok, however they usually need to be reminded several times if there is a problem that isn't urgent (this could be an issue at either the maintenance or management level). The biggest problem I've had with them is that they change their policies frequently without letting you know. There was a referral policy put into place in January 2005 which stated that for anyone you refer to Seramonte who signs a lease, you will receive $500. The referral had no expiration date, or note that the price was subject to change. When it came time to collect, their policy conveniently changed and I was given only $250. They will try to get as much money from you as possible.
