						Recent Review: Proceed with caution before moving into Clemens PlaceThe grounds are well maintained. Security is nice but overall not the type of place you want to be. The rooms are very small and expensive. Parking is a pain and don't try to park anywhere except your designated area or your car will be ticketed and towed. I know a couple of times when peoples cars were broken into and/or stolen. So much for the security guards.Not a place for a college student or any one looking to save a buck.

						Recent Review: APARTMENT FROM HELLI just want to warn you about the Bed Bugs.I lost thousands of dollars of furnitures and suffered horribly at this place.They have these bed bugs which will first destroy your mattress and than get in to all your other furniture.It will take couple of months for you to find out.First you will see these rash on your body and than it will get worst.So, by the time we realized it I had these bite marks all over my body.Other residents also confirmed that they hard other residents complaining and leaving because of this reason.When we complained they had exterminator come and spray on your apartment.However, that will cost you 300/400 dollars.You are thinking that they will pay for it?Good Luck.The worst apartment you can ever live in.
