| Recent Review: | | The apartments look nice, but constructed poorly. If you need anything fixed, do it yourself, their idea of "fixing" is nothing but shoddy repairs. That is if you can actually get the repair done, expect AT LEAST a week, which is ridiculous considering it is a small complex. You only have to look at the parking lot which looks like they were supposed to put a final layer of pavement, but just decided not to leaving huge potholes and a large manhole sticking high above the ground by the mailbox. It is ridiculous.The office is just a rotating group of completely unhelpful people who do nothing to help with the concerns that you have.The management must actually be the Wizard of Oz, because they are hidden away somewhere away from the comments of tennants.For the amount of money you pay look somewhere else. |

We were told to find a spot if none were available then walk.RUDE RUDE OFFICE STAFF (espically Randi, she will lie to make herself look good), we have had 4 leaks in our apartment, half the ceiling fell through, upstairs dirty bath water ran into our tub and bathroom area 4 times before they knew what was wrong (disguisting, then made us clean it).Corporate was not any help either, they referred us to their lawyer (Elliot Lane..what a joke), which plainly said, pay the rent or you will be evicted.They are breaking the law in regards to their lease, in connecticut, if you leave a pet deposit, it has to be part of the security deposit.They must reimburse you when you leave if the total damaged does not exceed your security.Plus a non refund pet deposit is not legal.Go to the state of Connecticut website look under apartment laws...email them and ask, they will tell you the same thing. Look for a class action suit from us shortly after Oct.Did I mention , that our door locks fell off ??? TWICE (great security), they decided we needed a new door.Let's see what else... all of this in a 5 month period.Oh yeah here is a great one, repaired our tub and shower with duct tape..... Repair men know nothing, only Pablo does.Potholes... ALL YEAR LONG, THEY SAY NOTHING.Cockroaches now just being found in breezeway, with mold growing on floor in breezeway, was told not a big concern.And finally.... If you are under the age of 25 and want a college dorm, then go live there !!Did I mention grounds keeping.. not bad, never shovel snow, 7 people feel last year, all have lawsuits, see all the time tenants shoveling snow well after the storm came.But have to say during the summer, they love to paint in the humidity and rain.... and mow the grass only when it rains.... ALL IN ALL..... NIGHTMARE By the way contact me... I am very truthfull |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments have wonderful ceilings, but the noise from the apartment above can drown out anything in your own place.The window are huge and let in lots of light, but the screens fall out very easily!!! We had our cat fall out from the 2nd floor window just sitting in the window,and according to management this is not the first time it has happened. Also, the windows are very difficult and heavy to open/close. The closet doors pop out of track constantly. The hallways have no ventilation and smells linger forever. There are lobbies to sit in but since the management never turns on the air conditioning in them they are unbearable to sit in. Yes there is a pool, but since we have moved in it has been closed alot and is frequently dirty do to lack of cleaning. The fitness center is nice but the equipment is dirty.Yah the people are nice but with all the problem this placed has its not worth the arm and leg you pay to live here. If you have children or pets don't consider living here it is dangerous, even if it is close to schools.And the noise level is outrageous, not just the neighbors with their partying, but the maintenance/landscaping crews are out with their equipment everyday so if you work nights forget getting any sleep here. |

| Recent Review: | | Cons:When we moved in, we were under the impression that there would be storage space available.Not so.For the first 4 months, we had to use public storage at a hefty cost.The bike room is locked 24/7, and you can only access it when the office is open.Exterior noise such as sirens and traffic is far more than we bargained for. There are alot of spiders in the spring!No dishwasher.Pros:Good size rooms.Interior noise is not bad.The landscape is nice, and they vacuum the halls and wash the door windows on a daily basis. The fitness room is nice, the office staff is helpful, and maintenance issues are handled quickly.We are not renewing our lease simply because we found a place that has a balcony and w washer/dryer in the unit.I would recommend this complex. |
