| Recent Review: | | It is owned by Susan Burhan a.k.a. Rhinehardt Management. The landlord did not fix anything in the second floor apartment.She was non responsive to our requests in that she just would put things off until tomorrow and tomorrow never comes.During the winter we went 1 week without heat. Presently, we have been 1 month without a working lock on the front door. She rents out the garage so we have no where to park.The deck is rotting and the upstairs windows cannot fit AC so the summer is hot as She prays on students and lies alot. |

| Recent Review: | | COLLEGE STREET LLC are the worst landlords ever. in our building we call the owner our SLUM LORD. Everything is always broken and they never want to fix anything. The managment is rude and irresposible. They told us in January that they were going to change the air filters and seven months later they still havent. The washing machines and lifts are always broken. All our neighbors have moved out because they couldn't stand giving their money to these guys who basically abuse the tenants. I can't wait to move away from this slum and I profoundly regret moving in to a building owned by College LLC. |

| Recent Review: | | Our apartment is very spacious and relatively quite, considering it is within walking distace from Yale Medical Center and St Rapheals Hospital. The maintenance is very efficiant, and the doormen are helpful and friendly. Parking is across the street, but is gated with controlled access. There is a laudry facility in the basement with about 10 washers and 5 dryers (they are pricey too). The leasing agents are great, and the staff is great too, the actual apartment manager can be a jerk, but you rarely have to work with him. Except for the price increasing every year, our experience here has been good. |

| Recent Review: | | I had a one bedroom apartment at this building. The apartment was beautiful, but small. My rent was just over 1000 for less then 750 sq ft. If that wasn't enough there is a 50.00 charge per car to park. They will tell you that you don't have to use the lot, but good luck finding parking where you aren't going to have to either walk 6 blocks or deal with daily parking tickets. There was a wonderful fitnness room available on the premises, and a very nice recreation room attached. The location is incredible. Right next door to wooster park and the famous pepes pizza makes the location perfect.Overall, The apartment was too expensive for the amount of space it provided. If parking wasn't an additional cost the price may have been tolerable. For 100.00 my fiance and i could park out cars but our friends cars would be towed if they came to visit for a few hours. The apartments are beutiful but overall not worth the price. |
