| Recent Review: | | If you like overspending, than this is the place for you. The floors creek and the screens don't fit.The doors to the hallway are so heavy that if you don't hold then until they shut they bang so loud it scares you. The people that run the property are extremely nice though. Never had a problem with them. They allow cat's and dogs but for what you pay for a security deposit on them, you could afford a house. |

| Recent Review: | | where to beginthey like to call them condos but they are not even close. i believe its so they can justify the price of 1100.$ a month in rent. there isw no where for children to play. they are not allowed to ride bikes in any common areas.the laundry room consists of one washer and one dryer to be shared by 8 families and cost 3$ a load.there are constant notes left at your front door from the office reguarding stupid petty things this occurs almost daily. residents are not permited to be |

| Recent Review: | | What to feel like a minority Then come to this place. If you love the smell of curry this is the place for you. Enjoy kids screaming in the hall and car alarms going off all through the night and the strange man that goes through the garabge late at night. Looking for someone to fix that drian in the bathroom tub you mise well by some drano and try to do it yourself. This has got to be the worst apatment I have ever lived. The staff is extremly rude and is never there when you need to get in and pick up a package. I would never ever in a million reccomend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!!!!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I had lived here for five (5) years and still enjoy this safe community, Maintenantce is very prompt, office staff is always friendly, and very professional.As well kept as Stepny place is, they constandly spend time out to improve/remodle this place. Cant' beat the location, apartment size or more caring and friendly community. Nice to be with professionals who are real people.better yet see for your self just how Truly Great this place is. |
