| Recent Review: | | The apt building is okay, but in general that area is not safe. Don't let the bleeding heart liberals tell you otherwise. Your safety is first move to VA, or NW DC. Take the metro at night, before you sign the lease. Do you see people that look like you walking around? Especially if you are woman or you work late, you need to think about these things! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for almost a year now. I'm not without complaints, but overall it's a pretty good place to live. The location is excellent and the prices are fair. Very nice lobby, gym, computing center, deck on roof. Management is so-so, but they do try to communicate with residents. New windows are a great addition. |

| Recent Review: | | The Bristol House is nice, the desk attendants are very friendly, and the neighborhood is wonderful.However, the noise quality is very poor; they do not enforce the carpeting rule, and everyone can hear the people above them loudly and clearly.Also, the machines at the "fitness center" are pretty non-functional most of the time.Finally, the parking situation is a nightmare. |
