| Recent Review: | | My suggestion would to look elsewhere for a place to live.I have seen better places to live then Admirals club apartments.When you call for a repair on anything including a leaky toilet or water pourring through your ceilings it takes them forever to fix it.My familt and I have lived here for 3 years now and have seen everything from outrageous parties, drugs being sold out of apartments, prostitution, plus i just found out that there are sex offenders living in the apartment complex and management never informed us about it.One of the sex offenders lives in my building and just to think of it its scary especially since I have 2 small children.I wouldn't even reccommend this place tomy worst enemy.you can never find a parking spot unless it's between 10 A.M. and 2 P.M.The outdoor lighting stinks and the car gets vandalized constantly.My poor truck looked great when we moved here now i think it would look better if it went over a cliff, the people here hit your vehicles and take off.There is outdoor drinking parties.There has also been shooting right outside my bedroom window. Maanagement doesnt make anyone pick up after their animals have gone to the bathroom whether its indoors or outdoors, so watch your step. Plus, no matter where you go in the complex someone is always blasting music, it's never quiet.There is a lot more i could tell but what it comes down to it is not a safe place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at Buckingham Place for almost 5 years, and I love it.I like the fact that it's a quiet community.I'm surprised by the first review (from 4-24-05) becausedI've actually lived in 2 different townhomes within Buckingham Place and never had any problems with termites in either place.And I've never had issue with the management or maintenance not resolving an issue that required immediate action.When we moved into our first place, our hot water heater was leaking, and even though it was a Saturday, they had someone come take care of it right away. |

| Recent Review: | | I love the amount of space that I have in my apartment, and my rent is amazingly low.However, there are some trade-offs for these luxuries.I am continuously having an insect and arachnid problem, and I have numerous leaks in my living room.These leaks are coming from the wall closest to the bathroom.There are also some slight noise problems.My upstairs neighbors have small children and every morning at 7 they wake me up, weekday and weekend.Other than this, the administrative staff are amazing and extremely helpful and the area is nice. |

| Recent Review: | | Maybe it's okay if you don't live there for too long.The people in the rental office are extremely nice but can't seem to get anything done in a timely fashion.I didn't have much trouble at the beginning but since then my apartment seems to have fallen apart around me. Maintenance (although they're nice too) can never seem to fix the problems.Everytime there is a storm the windows leak and many units have water damage.As for noise, there are quite a few parties and some people (I'm not sure if they live there or live near there) love to set off fireworks day and night.Although it is safe and close to campus, it seems too expensive for substandard living. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the termites! |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments were nice on the inside.On the outside, it looked like it needed a bit of work.There were swear words spray painted on the bricks of the outside of the buildings.MAKE SURE THIS IS THE APARTMENT YOU WANT!!I applied to two apartments because I don't have time to commute 2 hours to Delaware should my application not be approved.I was approved at a different apartment complex, and I was told by the manager that I could get my security deposit of $150 back if I changed my mind.What she failed to tell me was that I needed to do it within 5 days.I filled out the application on the 5th and I cancelled on the 10th.To me that seems like 5 days, but Greenfield Manor and the manager count the 10th as a sixth day. |

| Recent Review: | | Please, the office staff must have written the previous review!This place looks nice on the outside, but the buildings are dirty, rotting and dated.Appliances are OLD and it will take almost a month to get a new one if old one dies.This is completely unacceptable.Office girl Terri is rude and openly gossips about tenants in front of whoever happens to be in the club house area at the time.New management is doing NOTHING to improve the buildings.All they want to do is to fill the enormous amount of vacant units.Don't waste your money on this overpriced place.Looks are deceiving. |

| Recent Review: | | My husband and I have lived here for four long years. We are finally leaving because he is done with school and we are relocating to another state. Management has changed here at least five times in four years. With this comes promises that aren't kept. One manager tells you one thing, and then a month later there is a new manager that does not come through on the promise. There is a good amount of noise and disruption from kids in the community that don't have a playground to go to to keep them occupied. Putting in a basketball court has been suggested numerous times, but nothing has been done about it. It is advertised as a gated community, but the gate has only worked a total of about 2 weeks out of the last 3 years. We live amongst people who qualify for low-income housing that pay 90% less per month on rent than we do. However, they are able to take full advantage of the same quality of apartment home and the same amenities (pool, fitness room). The cops are here constantly in response to calls for disruption and loitering. The only good thing about this complex is that the maintenance staff is prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, they spend most of their day picking up trash that is thrown around by the kids instead of tending to the needs of the community. DO NOT rent here!! |
