| Recent Review: | | Do not be fooled! Just say No!In December of 2004, I signed a lease for an apartment at Arbor Point having not one clue what I had gotten myself into. I saw a beautifully landscaped grounds with a guard tower and a gate, walked through a clean/well kept rather large 2bed 2 bath with a balcony and a view.The problems started almost immediately. The management began to show their true colors once they had me locked into a 13month lease and had my money. The apartment I moved into was filthy. When I complained, I was told that it would be handled immediately& six months latter the carpet is still stained, the deck is rotting away and nails protrude from the wood (which is green), there is still an active leak in one of the bedrooms&the floor in my apt is Not level! The guard tower and gate are just for show& assigned parking has been revoked so there is Never a place to park& my car has been towed Twice buy a shady towing company operating out of Elsmere that has no listed phone number or address and takes cash only.The parking lot is very poorly lit. Most of the street lamps our burned out. The new management has just finished constructing a new club house (which IS beautiful) and moved their offices in there. That money could have been better spent improving the quality of their units! I have never in my life had such problems with a leasing office! Maintenance only responds to complaints when constantly pestered&the apartment manager is Never in and her assistant manager likes to make up excuses&make promises that never get kept. |

| Recent Review: | | Arbor Pointe has a new owner as of about 14 months ago, I think. This person has little regard for those who live here. This apartment complex has had assigned parking from the beginning in the mid 80's. Of course sometimes people, usually visitors, ignore the assigned spaces. Well, the new owner got tired of people complaining and decided to abolish assigned parking. Now, if you live a hundred yards from visitors parking, it's too bad because you may have to park there because all the spaces are taken near your apt. But, the new owner is satisfied because there are no more complaints. The new owner will not entertain discussion about this. These apts were made with substandard piping that frequently bursts which obviously causes water damage. Your apt may be flooded. The new owner will do nothing to help you find temporary quarters here while your apt dries out. I know of one person whose apt flooded, severe mold developed due to lack of timely response. The new management had the mold painted over. The list goes on and on. People who have lived here for Years are leaving. I am leaving when my lease expires. The rental office treats us with contempt and is rude. This is a gated apt complex but the security gates have not worked as long as I've been here. There are too many stories to tell.. |

| Recent Review: | | Since Korman took over the property, they have made many great improvements, they built a state of the art gym, improved their pool area and removed many unsightly trees and shrubs from the buildings.Their maintenance staff is top notch, maintenance issues are solved within 24 hours or less. |

| Recent Review: | | The complex looks nice till you move in.Last year there was a shooting which shows you that they will let anyone move in. People are playing loud music all night long and management does nothing.Maintence is about the worst you can get.The Laundry rooms and the halls are filthy. Security is horrible lights dont work. There is no parking and I mean no parking. Neighbors are the worst loud and rude.Management is about useless. |

| Recent Review: | | They are over priced apartments with no parking.The management is about the worst you can get.They are slow with fixing stuff and still could not fix simple things.They will let anyone move in (like the shooting last year). The neighbors are loud who will play their music loud all night long and management still will not do anything. |
