| Recent Review: | | We lived in this apartment for 10 1/2 months it was terrible. While we were there there was a rape that occured and we were not told about till a month or so later. Also numerous pedifiles lived there. There was never enough parking because half the parking spaces were flooded with even the slightest amount of rain. Good luck if you had things that needed to be fixed you might die before they get to it!! And the management (SUSAN,And AMY )were competely useless.Dont MOVE HERE IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE ATT ALL!! |

| Recent Review: | | Chatham harbor is not a brand new apartment community but it really is a nice place to live. The staff is very friendly and does their best to provide a quality community. They are pet friendly so make sure you walk your dog on a leash. My experience has been great. |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for a year now and found it to be a nice experience overall. I love the look of the villas, they have a more intimate feel then the three story institutional common complexes. I love the floor plan with the vaulted ceilings and fireplaces. I never have had any problems with neighbors and find it quiet. The maintenance crew, Matt, Franklin and Randy are prompt, pleasant and professional. The girls I have had the most dealings with Lisa and Christine are awesome. I recently had a serious problem with smoke damage and Erin got it taken care of the very next day! As far as other tenents being responsible go there are concientious people and irresponsible people anywhere you go the office can do just so much. I would and have recommended Douglaston to others. |

| Recent Review: | | THE BEST THING ABOUT THESE APARTMENTS IS THAT IM MOVING OUT. I HAVE NEVER LIVED IN AN APARTMENT THAT WAS BUILT SO CHEAPLY WHILE THE OUT SIDE LOOKS NICE LIVING IN SIDE IS HORRIBLE I COULD HEAR MY EVERYTHING THAT WENT ON NEXT TO ME EVEN A DOOR OPENING AND CLOSEING EVERY TIME THEY GOT HOME AND EVERY TIME THEY LEFT. THE GATE IS ALWAYS BROKEN AND I NEVER FELT SAFE THEIR. THE MANAGEMENT ONLY CARES ABOUT GETTING YOU TO MOVE IN AND ONCE YOU DO ITS ON YOUR OWN WITH ANY PROBLEMS YOU MIGHT HAVE. IM HAPPY TO BE GONE! |

| Recent Review: | | After living at LakePointe for over 2 years, it was thoroughly disappointing to find that such a beautifully maintained property was run by a rude, intolerable staff.The grounds, parking lot, pools, gym, and apartments are wonderful.However, the pessimistic, condescending attitude of the leasing office staff is unacceptable.Apartment complex rating:4 out of 4 starsApartment leasing office staff rating: 0 out of 4 starsOverall opinion:Unless you prefer an unhelpful, unprofessional leasing office, it is recommended that you choose a different apartment complex. |

| Recent Review: | | After reading the other comments from someof my neighbors I can't believe we live in the same complex. This complex is not unlike every other in that not everyone will be happy. When I have called maint. I usually get service within two days. That is great compared to where I used to live. This place has big beautiful trees and is really quite pretty. I have seen some of the problems around here but mangt. is working on it. The gates will actually work soon but residents being what they are will break it soon after it is operational. Our spa is a good example of that. The mangt. fixes it several times a year because ignorant residents let their kids tear things up and go unattended. All in all, I have lived here for 3 years and I find it a lot better than most. oh and the courtesy officer is top notch. If you have a problem he will solve it. |

| Recent Review: | | Los Ghettos apartments is the worse place I've ever lived.When I moved in, they hadn't even cleaned it, there was mold & mildew that won't come off, door handles falling off, and an A/C that doesn't work.When you complain, the rude staff doesn't care.The place is infested with bugs and rats.Terminix couldn't even get rid of them!The people that live there are scum.The live their children unattended so they can vandalize your car, rob you, etc.They stand in the halls all hours yelling cuss words, threatening to beat people up, etc.My car was vandalized twice by kids and my front door egged 3 times.I saw who did it once, & when I complained to management, they did nothing and said "what do I expect for what I pay?"The gates, jacuzzi and gym equipment never worked once the whole time I lived there except one week when some important corporate people were supposed to be coming.The place is unsafe and disgusting.I'd rather live in my car on the streets.If you do move there, watch your back when you move out.They tried to charge my friend for stuff he already paid for and when I moved out they charged me a moving out fee, charged me for new carpet even though the carpet was old, dirty and stained when I moved in, and a huge lists of other bogus fees.On top of that they tried to say I didn't have a deposit until I went back and got proof with the cancelled check.You can find better, because you can't find worse. |

| Recent Review: | | Problems don't get resolved.Locks on gated pool never work so everybody in the neighborhood uses pool and basketball court. Old appliances parking problems. Funny how Lotas Landing and Lakeside North are managed by same company. |
