Recent Review: The neighbors are loud, noisy and low class. Everytime the lease expires its increased by an outrageous amount and the building is not for upperclass people. The property manager is rude and disrepectful to tenants. The owners of the building, gator hialeah use unethical tactics. If you want to be treated like dirt then live here. Also, maintenance people go into apartments alot without notice to tenant. Find a better place to live!!!
