| On a quest for a new place to live, I have visited (but not lived at) the Gables at Boca Place. The propery seemed nice enough relative to the other s***holes that I have looked at in South Florida, but what really got my goat was theGables paperwork. Before you sign on to one of these properties, make sure you study their paperwork. Many of the questions they are demanding you answer may not even be legal in ANY state. Consider yourself warned in advance! For instance: They want to know your average daily balance in your checking account. They want to know the account numbers for your checking and savings accounts. They want to know about all your other assets. Taken together, this place smells like a litigous company. There are other properties that are better suited for living and Gables is NOT one of them.
