| Recent Review: | | I have lived here for a couple of years now and was thinking of moving.BUT, things have gotten much better since the newest manager, Lisa, has taken charge.She is very involved and makes sure that any problems I have are handled to my satisfaction.I plan on staying here for a while now. |

| Recent Review: | | The walls in these apartments are extremely thin.I can clearly hear my neigbors in the bathroom.I an writing this review at 3:44 am aving been awakened at 2:00am by the pounding base on my downstair neighbor's stereo. This is not an isolated incident. The person downstairs apparently doesn't have to work and is up late with the music several nights a week. If you work I don't recommend living here.It's very noisy. |

| Recent Review: | | My family has lived here for 2 1/2 years and it gets worst every year.There is never any supervison of the children around here to make sure they are not getting into trouble.They are loud and misbehaved.They will let anyone move in here, even those with extensive criminal history.There has been several DEA & ATF busts due to drug and gun activities.It has been terrible living here & we finally have the Money to move and are out of here. |

| Recent Review: | | We are former residents and have had an extremly difficult time getting our security deposit returned.Even after being sent a statement alerting us to the fact that a check would be forthcoming within 30 days, we have yet to receive the check and the management has been extremely rude and beligerent.I am filing a formal complaint against the management and taking the apartments to small claims court. |

| Recent Review: | | I would never rent an apartment here again no matter how cheap they are!I don't feel safe walking outside of my apartment even during the day.There was a murder in this complex, cases of rape, etc.Someone who lives in this apartment hit the back of my car and sped off while my husband and I were inside the vehicle. |
