| Recent Review: | | I don't even know where to begin.Alright....Since I have lived in this apartment complex there have been 3 different managments in and out.All of which have been very rude and ignorant.When I got my apartment it smelled like mold.Three months later I discoverd mold was growing all on the walls were my furniture was covering it.Every few months they would come in and just spray.The man even had the nerve to tell me to buy some cleaners and do it myself!!Then I moved to a different apartment and there was a RAT, yes, A RAT in my cabinet.I called and then they took care of it.But then I heard stuff moving in my ceiling.When I called the office to take care of it and expressed my concern that is might be a rat it took them three days to take care of it and that was even after I yelled at them.Managment is very nice in the beginning, but don't let them fool you.... once you sign that lease they don't care about you or even what happens in your apartment.The so called gated community never works so its not safe.The pool is ALWAYS DIRTY!!!The spa is bath warm and the fountain in the lake hasen't been working in over a year.The last manager of this apartment complex didn't care about the tenants that she moved in b/c let me tell you the people that are in here certainly are different.So think again when you see this apartment complex.Its the worst and way,way over priced.HIGH CRIME AS WELL.WELCOME TO HELL....THERES NO TURNONG BACK NOW!!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The apartments themselves are faily decent.I've had no issues with bugs, I've killed a few roaches in my back porch.The porch area is EXTREMELY small.The bedroom is quite spacious, and so is the living room.The grounds are kept spotless and beautiful.I can always find a parking spot next to my apartment.The office staff are friendly.I've had no issues with people coming to fix broken fixtures.Nice pool and hot tub, the gym is run down (free weights missing and cable machines busted.)The cable TV here stinks - it's TVMax - no great cable channels.Their internet has improved but I prefer to rely on my wireless bridge from work rather than their 2MBps cablemodem.When I had TVMax internet it was 512KBps, and was paying like $55/mo for it.The biggest downfall of the apartment complex is that if you do not sign a year lease with them, they will nickel and dime you to death.For example, I was paying $545.00/mo.I signed a 7-month (wanted a 6 month); That's 590/mo + $25 tax fee (???) per month, making it $615/mo.If I got the 6 month lease, it would be $610/mo + $100 tax fee per month!Even worse for 3 month and month-to-month leases. |

| Recent Review: | | I agree with the prior review.Michele is a very rude person to be in a management position.I hate to have to deal with her.I had a one-on-one meeting with her regarding my high water bill and electricity bill.While I was speaking she continually interrupted me speaking to someone in the hall and was working on the computer while I speaking.I called, emailed and stopped by the office in person regarding problems with my A/C for 3 months and was told continually that they would have it seen about.Nice apartments, but the management isn't worth a damn.I think she would say anything just to shut you up and get you out of the office.Something should be done about this.I for one will be contacting the company who is owns the apartments and will take it further if needed.If you expect to get what you pay for and have repairs made in a timely manner, then do not look here.Water/sewer and electricty bills are outrageous.Poor, poor management! |

| Recent Review: | | Wow... talk about a real winner we have here...Before the lease was even signed I knew there was going to be trouble.When I first signed my lease with CeCe I was told I would be receiving a 'free first month rent' as part of there move-in special.I was reserving an apartment that wouldnt be availble for almost 3 months.When I came back after three months a new lady named 'Marcia' had taken over.She informed me that the property 'never' runs specials and that I was mistaken.We proceeded to go round and round until I had to submit paper work showing her they did... shouldnt a leasing agent know what promotions there running?I then had to pay a 800 dollar deposit which I thouht was amazing considering I have over a 750 baecon score...Upon moving into this neighborhood I knew it spelled trouble.While unloading my U-Haul the first hour of living here some guy yelled to me across the street... "Hey, moving in or moving out!"I yelled back to him, "Moving in", he said, "Great, want to buy some green!".I knew I was in for a treat.After a week of living there, and still pretty much living out of boxes, I had a knock on my door at around 2AM.I opened it to find 3 people; one girl holding a wine class and bottle looking trashed; some guy's whose eyes were dilated bigger than a silver dollar; and another girl.They explained to me they were my new neighbors and they had been doing 'ecstatsy' all night and wanted to come up and party!WOW!A slowly realized I was residing in a real classy place.After the party of 3 realized I wasnt letting them in they decided to go down stairs and start blaring there music from there patio to continue the rave throughout the night.Next day I get a notice saying I was playing my music too loud from my balcony and if I received 2 more notices I would be forced to move out.I thought, WHAT... you've got to be kidding me.When I went to the office the next day to explain to Marica what happened she didnt believe me.So I challenged her to come to my apartment to see for herself that after only living there for 72 hours I didnt even have a radio setup... of course she didnt want to... complete BSI have a close friend who just recently recovered from having brain surgery and cancer treatments.He still cant walk very good and was giving a handicap pass because his walking isnt up to par.So when he would come over he would park in the handicap spot .I was told by Grande Bay who couldnt park there because that handicap spot was reserved for someone else... funny, I didnt think handicap spots were legally allowed to be reserved for people... they argued and argued with me until I threatened to have the police involved... talk about an a apartment complex that cares!The hot water heat sucks in the apartment... if you enjoy taking a shower longer than 3 minutes I wouldnt advise moving in here... when I ask them to fix it all they did was making hotterUpon moving out I signed a lease over to someone else to get the hell out of there.I was told the water bill would stay in my name until it was paid... WTF? How is that even legit considering I wasnt even on the lease...When I called to try to fix the problem I could never reach anyone... When I finally got a hold of yet another new leasing agent, Rob, I was informed I would forgive him because hes "busy" making money for the apartment complex and he had a "multi-million dollar buisness to run."In the end this is a horrible place to live and definitely not a family environment.I would only recommend this place if you enjoy white trash, druggies, and taking it in the arse by the leasing people there... |

| Recent Review: | | this apartment/condo complex is NOT for you. The walls are like paper and the floors might as well be non existent. You can hear everything from your upstairs neighbors footsteps, conversations, and banging on the wall. The management sucks and they dont do anything about complaints at all so your neighbors can basically get away with murder. Assigned parking might as well not exist also because you might find a different car in your spot everyday. Though they may look harmless on the outside on the inside is HELL living here. Along with having crazy people loitering all day, you may also have the occasional break-in as well. My car was broken into after staying here for 6 months!!! I was also informed that This is not the place for anyone with KIDS who enjoy their quietness or peace. |

| Recent Review: | | I live in Pelican Landing right now and it is by far the worst apartment I have ever lived in.They look nice on the inside, but I have lived here 4 months and I've had 2 floods and they didn't replace the carpets, they just sprayed deodorizer on them and they are moldy, but they won't fix them.I have bugs everywhere, and to let you know i am a neat freak and keep the house spotless and we have spiders and tons of ants.They send somebody once a month, but it doesn't work.We have a snakes nest under our stairwell and they won't take care of that.They have a parking ratio of 4 cars per parking spot, so if you don't enjoy a long walk to your car, I wouldn't move here.The maintenance has walked into my house while I was in the shower twice, if I don't answer the door, they just walk right in!It is a good location, but not worth it!Oh and you pay extra for the gated entry, but they do not close the gates, ever, so they serve no purpose! |

| Recent Review: | | This place is terrible. The noise and crime is awful. The maintinance that was done when I needed it... could have been done faster and better if I had done it myself. Drug activity can be witnessed openly on a daily basis. Management done very little when crime or noise was reported except to turn their heads and pretend it isn't their problem. |

| Recent Review: | | This apartment complex is terrible.The property management company that runs it does not care about the concerns of the tenants even when contacted directly.They go through management like every two months, and treat the place like slumlords.my apartment was nasty when I moved in, and spotless when I left, and they still attempted to collect money from me on move out.Even after I disputed this several times they still sent me to credit. |
