| Recent Review: | | I live in the Aurora section of Cagan Crossings and OUR manager is very nice.She's patient and understanding and always willing to help.I've heard not so good things about Ridgepointe's manager, but it's just hearsay.We've lived here for 2 years and it's the first place we've stayed for that long.The only problems we've had were with Maintenance.Their repair work was sloppy and half the time they didn't respond until after I called the office wondering where they were after 2 days.Overall, I do like living here and would recommend it to friends. |

| Recent Review: | | Use extreme caution when choosing to live at this apartment community.The management is inconsiderate and unreasonably "nosey."You will find that your apartment is entered without your knowledge or permission, and without proper notification, as well as the apartment making accusatory claims (even if you are not at fault).For example, our neighbor did not pick up after his dog, and we were accused of not picking up after ours and fined over $50.Use caution...Upon moving in, I was told I would have brand new carpet.I moved into carpet that was soiled from the previous renter's pet.The carpet was dingy and had a foul odor.Now I am being charged for the pet odors, even though I reported them upon moving in.Also, maintenance is very slow in responding to requests, other than emergencies.In addition, following the hurricanes, it took months to get siding replaced.The apartment complex also required that residents handle all inner apartment damage resulting from the hurricane, otherwise, they would deduct it from your deposit. |
