| Recent Review: | | what ever you do, dont move to the gables grande plaza, even after the building was sold to Equity this year, the service has not changed, the pool is filthy and filled with algae, no one returns calls or repairs the building, the security doesn't work.The garage is filled with trash and drinking loud college students.The appliances and the bathrooms are out dated and the closet doors fall off in almost every room. |

| Recent Review: | | I'll go in order:Security-horrible!Teenage kids (who don't live here) congregate into the pool area on Fridays and weekends and create general debauchery (drinking, smoking, loud music etc).Parking-There is almost always a space, however you are often reassigned spaces(construction workers who are here all the time etc.)and people tend to always park in your space.Appearance-Unless you like living in a building with 3 unmatching bright and obnoxious colors you probably won't like living here!Trash is often left on the site (think teenage kids mentioned previously), thrown into the pool (ew), left in the laundry bins for the food to rot and accumulate with bugs/rodents.The insides of the units are not bad but by no means great.Management and Office Staff-BAD BAD BAD BAD!Management has no clue what is going on, let alone how to solve a problem.Unprofessional, UNEXPERIENCED, unhelpful, unhonest and the list goes on and on.Maintenance:THE WORST I HAVE EVER HADNot only does it take forever to get someone to fix the many problems I have had here (about 10 or more) but they don't fix it right once they get here.This is annoying because it takes so much time and effort to get a simple thing done.Condition of Unit:Many problems.Noise level:I am usually an optimistic person but all of the optimism is taken out of me when I wake up to the noise of hammering EVERYDAY! (Warning:construction occuring all the time).The walls are not very sound proof at all--so you also hear neighbor's music.Overall Rating:Horrible.The negatives far outweigh the positives here. |
