| Recent Review: | | I was suckered into moving here!! That statementis the God's honest truth. I originally rented a one bedroom loft from IMT management. After a short time I needed more space so I informed management of my need for a larger area. Management did not have anything larger in my original complex but did have one at Copperfield. This place looks beautiful at first glance, the large swimming pool, The computer access gate, the outdoor hot tub. Coming from the midwest, this place seemed like paradise. A month after living here, the true Copperfield was revealed. The Front gate was locked into an always open condition. The swimming pool became littered with floating trash and the Hot Tub was luke warm at best.This IS NOT THE PLACE TO LIVE. HELL WOULD BE A WELCOME SIGHT AND RESIDENCE. |

| Recent Review: | | This is the worst place to live in Coral Springs.Period.It is no longer the Jefferson, it is now the Preserve.The only thing this complex preserves is Fascism.Policies have recently been introduced that more or less restrict any visiters to park at the property unless ordained my God himself."Aggressive towing" as they put it has begun and they dont even give out enough parking passes per unit.I have a three bedroom as do at least half of the tenents of this shithole and we are given 2 resident passes and one guest pass.Thereby not allowing me to give out a guest pass for friends, family, or my girlfriend to come over without being "aggressivly towed". Oh and of cousre they provide no guest parking area.Just yesterday a resident's car was towed and he is one of the lucky members who live here and actually get a resident parking pass.Oh sure, they say if you come to the office before 600pm you can get ONE pass for 24 hours (no longer, no-one can stay for longer than 24 hours so dont invite anyone in from out of town), but some of us actually work and dont get off work in time to make arrangements and prepare all the nessesary documentation and paper work in order for someone to stop by.It is offensive and restrictive of my personall freedoms.Moreover, maintenece is a joke, the worst ive come across yet. 6 weeks to fix a running toliet that ended up causeing serious water damage.Whatever you do TRUST ME!! DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE, EVER!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN CORAL SPRINGS!!! |

| Recent Review: | | The Grove at Turtle Run is in an upscale area of Florida. But, that is where it ends. On the surface, near the office, the apartment gounds are kept up. But, in the back, around the apartments, the grounds are dirty, trash in the plants, dead palm branches hanging from the trees. Yes, the gym is nice, and the office is spotless, so they fool you in to renting by showing you a spotless apartment. My apartment was a mess when I moved in. The carpet was stained. I asked them to change it, but this delayed me moving in so I had to live in a hotel for a week with all of my belongings in the closets and garage. Next, the apartments are terribly noisy. You can hear every step an upstairs neighbor takes. Below me I think they run a meth lab. Very strong odor coming from the apartment. People work on their cars in the parking lot even though this is against complex policy, but they do nothing about it.The managers are complete idiots and have no idea when it comes to maintaining an apartment complex. The only place to take out the trash is at the front of the complex where it stacks up. Because it is so far away, residents leave trash by their doors for days until they take it out. Do not move here. Please. I intend to move out on my lease as soon as possible. It is my understanding that they never give you your deposit back anyway. |
