| Recent Review: | | Living at this apartment complex is not safe. Not only have I been a victim of theft, but now almost everyone I know that lives within this complex has had some type of problem with robbery within the apartment or theft of their car. Management has been notified many times, and will not do anything about increasing security and safety of the property. Instead I get the same answer that the Davie police department is responsible to increase patrolling of the vacinity, but obviously over the past 3 years of living here we are not seeing any improvement.The only way I would recommend this apartment complex is if you shell out money to have an alarm system on your apartment and car. |

| Recent Review: | | i am on the waiting list for my apartment, but honestly i cannot wait to move in! the office staff seems to be very friendly and helpful! this being my first time moving into an apartment, they have helped me make some important decisions! the parking is very spacious, always somewhere to park. it isnt dirty like some other complexes that i've seen! i always see the maintanence staff at hand being very helpful! it seemed ver low key, not much noise . definitely an A+! |
