Management?So-so.Friendly to the max until you sign a lease.After that a cold front rapidly descends.Office hours have changed three or four times in one year and personal 'emergencies' often leave the office closed well ahead of the posted closing time.Rules are enforced when convenient, and the 'courtesy officer' doesn't seem to exist - especially when noise or fights erupt late at night.

Other than that, you will be well entertained by dumpster divers, non-residents sharing the pool (the hot tub is perpetually under repair), stray children from nearby properties looking for 'fun', CD-players and radios stolen from your vehicle and a whole lot more.Life is never dull at Wood Forest!
