Recent Review:The apartment complex is poorly managed. They threaten residents with either fines or eviction if you do not put your trash in the dumpster (which is frequently broken or full).The apartment states that one of the amenities available to residents is the theater room. Well, they put a notice on the door and stated it is closed and is now only availble if you pay extra to use it. This is one of our amenities included in our rent.Trash is included in our rent. As of June 1, 2005 we are being charged an extra $5.00 a month for rent, which is already included in the rent.Further, the apt complex is so cheap that they will not fix the fountains in the two ponds, so there are large algae overgrowths which are begining to stink.LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
