| Recent Review: | | The outward appearance of this place is that of luxury. Until you walk down the halls and see all the unfinished concrete floors, the dirt and grime covering them, and the trash left by the residents. This complex has turned into the FAU grad student party house - where mommy and daddy foot the bill and aren't around to pick up after their babies anymore. The dirt, the noise, and the general lack of adult authority make me wonder why I am paying so much money to live here. |

| Recent Review: | | This property is being sold now as condos...what a nightmare!!!The staff is rude, grounds dirty, appliances old, wiring bad, plumbing scary.I recently spent the entire weekend trying to get them to fix a plumbing problem that flooded my apartment with raw sewage, and they could have cared less!!It took 48 hours and 30 calls to get them to fix it and they didn't even want to pay to have it cleaned up or to replace the things it damaged!!!!!!Please don't buy here...you will spend your life savings fixing EVERYTHING!!! |

| Recent Review: | | I have lived at this development since December 1991.I guess I should be greatful to Sailboat Pointe because it has driven me to purchase a new home,(waiting for closing.I the past couple of years the quality of living has been degraded by lack of responsibility on the part of Sailboat Pointe.The noise level is pretty serious , the auto repair activity is abundant,(a car dealer lives here and guess where he mechanics the vehicles he sells). drug activity has become noticeably evident, drug rehab program is using approximately 6 apartments for rehab, families are inter mingled within all of this.Violence has also come to this property.The quality of tenants at Sailboat Pointe has become a ghetto area and security and feeling safe are no longer present. |
