| Recent Review: | | THESE APARTMENTS ARE WAY TOO PRICY FOR THE SIZE AND QUALITY OF THE APARTMENTS. YOU BETTER BE PREPARED TO HAVE A BIG STORAGE UNIT BC THESE APARTMENTS DO NOT HAVE THAT. I KNOW NUMEROUS PPL WHO GOT A 2 BEDROOM JUST FOR STORAGE.ALSO THERE IS A LOT OF VANDALISM WITH THE KIDS AND THE APARTMENT WORKERS DO NOTHING ABOUT IT. THE LEASING OFFICERS, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TO BE EXACT ARE LIARS AND THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU OR ANY ONE ELSE. THE APARTMENTS MAY SEEM NICE FROM THE OUTSIDE BUT INSIDE IS HORRIBLE. THEY TAPE UP HOLES IN THE WALLS AND INSTEAD OF NORMAL SHELVES THEY USE CHEAP CARDBOARD THAT U GET A SPLINTER ON EVERY TIME U GO IN THERE. THE KITCHENS ARE SOO SMALL U CANT EVEN OPEN UP YOUR OWN FRIDGE.I RECOMMEND THAT IF U WANT TO LIVE IN CHEAP SMALL APARTMENTS FOR AN OUTRAGEOUS PRICE THAN YOUR MORE THAN WELCOME TO GO TO BRANTLEY PINES OTHERWISE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE |

| Recent Review: | | Iona Lakes has many fine points: 1) Great location, 2) allows pets, 3) apartments are set up to allow light and a neighborhood environment.Yet they have let the place go very bad very fast.In the time that I or friends have lived there they have rapidly deteriated.I am moving out this month and cannot get out fast enough.I have mold growing in my storage unit and living room left from Charley in August 2004 (it is now June 2005) they keep telling me I'm on a list in order of priority.Yet they just painted the outside of all units.My window leaks water into the apartment everytime it rains and I have my walls are starting to turn yellow from all the water in them.In addition I have had ant problems since I moved in in 2003.They do offer pest control and I had the pest control gentelman come to my apartment every other week for the first 6 months that I lived there and he was never able to get rid of the ants.They moved into my iron, my cofee maker and my Iced Tea Maker.These are just the big points.My fridge door is rusted and falls off, they just keep putting the same one back up, my dishwasher door is rusted as well and missing the screws to keep it together.I had to ask for two months to get the racks for the dishwasher.Over all, if they were to take care of the units it would be a much better place to live.Yet, if you don't care that nothing works and the staff is rude this is a great place. |

| Recent Review: | | We have lived at Monterrey for 3 years and find that the new management team is lacking in many areas.We no longer have dumpsters and have to share a compactor that is located in the back of the complex.I really don't like to drive my garbage in my new car.Our pool is always filthy and people take glass bottles in it.People neglect to clean up after their dogs, which makes it impossible to take our kids in the yard (that we pay a monthly maintenance fee for).I think that if Monterrey is going tocall themselves "luxury" and charge "luxury" prices, the management team really needs to step up to the plate and treat the lessees like they matter. |

| Recent Review: | | don't beleive the hype.gateway = not worth it.they need to fix a LOT of things before I pay my rent again. . .trust me, keep looking.on the horizon is the fact that the place will be bought out and condo'd soon. |
