Recent Review: I've lived at this residence for 3 years now and my first year and a half were great.The lawn was immaculately maintained, pest control (which is essential in Florida) was done on a regular monthly basis and the property manager was attentive to the tenants needs.This all changed when a new crew took over.They grass is all gone and replaced by weeds which always gets overgrown before the cut it.The shrubs are dying, there hasn't been any pest control in the past 6 months and we are constantly given the run around about it.
