| Recent Review: | | Not a bad location with three bus lines in close proximity, but a little expensive considering the age. laundry area sucks, no commom room ect and management doesnt seem great. still not terrible and it is pretty big with 2.5 baths. |

| Recent Review: | | The new office managers are rude and do not help you a bit when a problem occurs (and unfortunately there are lots of problems in this apt complex: flyes , floodings in first floor apts, broken toilets....). Plus they come into your apt without notice, dirty your carpet and mess your belongings, and leave without cleaning!!! A nightmare... Do not move there!!! With this new managment , I am moving out as soon as I can! |

| Recent Review: | | Living at the Exchange was absolutely awful.I could not even make it through my whole year lease.My roommate quit paying her rent and just left, but I on the other hand, continued paying mine and just left the premises, leaving a lot of my stuff in my apartment.After all, I was still paying for it and therefore, it was still my apartment.After not coming by for a few weeks, I stopped to pick up some clothes only to notice that EVERYTHING in the apartment was gone.THey went through my apartment and threw everything away.Their explanation was that they didnt look at their paper work to see I was still paying and assumes becuse my roommate had quit, I had as well.All they did for me was let me out of my lease one month early, and then still bill me telling me I owed late charges.I HATE, NO I LOATHE THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!!! DO NOT move in here!!! |

| Recent Review: | | Then you should try out Fairmont Oaks. The complex offers a variety of services, including a laundromat, trash disposal, parking spaces, hooded garages, etc. For entertainment, this is truely the place to be; you can find a well-kept gym, a swimming pool, a volleyball court, etc. here. It's also walking distance from the Oaks Mall and is around five miles from the University of Florida. Hope you have fun during your stay at Fairmont Oaks! Boo-yeah :)! |

| Recent Review: | | I have subleased here since winter break and I signed a lease with two of my friends to live here next year as well.My apartment is in excellent condition and the recreation facilities in the complex are very accomodating.Granted, if you want something fixed or repaired you are better off doing it yourself, but other than that I have no complaints.The office staff is great, the pool is fun, the people have a good time, and you are almost guaranteed to know somebody living here.A complaint I have for my neighbors downstairs would be that we are too loud up here (the walls are pretty thin) but what can I say?? We are all in college and just having a good time.I would definitely recommend this to anyone.Good price and everything is included with no extra fees for using too much air or water or something. |

| Recent Review: | | Well, if you have money it's a great place to live.There are many services for free like printing, faxing, copying which I found very helpful.Regarding the room, it depends which you get.I lived in D on the 3rd floor (4bd/4bath) however if you live on the 3rd floor choose C because it's the biggest room and biggest bathroom. =)They did a good job in roomate matching I loved my roomates (i knew 2 of them and they choose one however he all get along very well).If you are looking for a party place this would be it on the weekends.Also they have lots of parties on the property plus lots of things to win as well.Overall, I give them 8 out of 10.If you care why I moved, it's becuase I got engaged and wanted to move in with my fiance plus I got short on $$$.Good luck.... |

| Recent Review: | | You apartment had something is wrong, They tell you they will repare it. You can wait, one week or three month. I do not know when they will do it.You can complain for the terrible service. They will tell you if you are not happy, you can move out. If you say something, They tell you they will call police.Cheater stupid and so on is what I want to say about the manager. |

| Recent Review: | | if you're planning on throwing a couple parties.. this isnt the place to sign. Parking situation is ridiculous. Not only do visitors have to park in a visitor parking spot, but they also have to leavea note in their car stating who they're visiting, the apartment number and the person's phone number they can be reached at. Even if you're parked in a visitor spot, if there isnt a note in your car.. they'll tow you. All visitor parking is by the office, located in the very BACK of the complex.. so if you live in the apartments in the front.. your visitors have quite a walk.. and there are very few visitor parking spaces.you pay a $450 re-dec fee when signing the lease.. but dont be surprised that when you move in the place is filthy.. b/c when I moved it.. nothing was clean.management is very un-organized. My roommates and I always paid our rent either ON-TIME or BEFORE the due date. But, for the first 3 months, they kept sending us notices saying that we didnt pay.. even though my bank statement online showed that they had clearly cashed my check for rent that month.They just recently hired a new property manager, so maybe things will get better. They are doing a lot of renovation on the clubhouse and most of the apartments (ex: new ceiling fans, and closet doors) We have yet to see these changes.. But, so far.. nothings changed except they havent accused us yet of not paying our rent. |
