| Recent Review: | | My apartment is fairly spacious for a 1 bdrm it includes a washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher for just under $400.Their is very little pest controls however, and the surrounding trees seem to be a breeding place for spiders.The treatment you will recieve from the property owner at a time of hardship will be one of insensitivity and inhumane disrespect. |

| Recent Review: | | My roommates and I had a stalker and the apartments did nothing to help. They lied to the people who moved in after us and told them we just couldn't afford it which was not true. So many people were being stalked. We never knew it was so unsafe. The lady who moved in after us was nearly attacked by the guy. This place is really unsafe and we also had fruit flies in our apartment when we got there that they never did anything about. The management sucks and I would never rent another apartment from their company. To explain my ratings-About security, they told us they reported incidents of when our porch was broken into and they never did! About parking, you have to park far away from you apartment if you come home at night. About maintenance, we had AC problems, water problems, and our tubs didn't hold water.) |

If you're looking for space that is cheap, this is a good place to go, but it is a little ghetto. appliances are outdated, and the carpet in our appartment looks like it hasn't been changed in years (they did steam clean it for us though).The outside is being re-done right now, it looks clean, but cheap. There also is a mold problem, our closets and bathroom can have wierd moldy smells sometimes. But you can totally fit 2 people in each room- especially the 3/2.5 town house. the master bedroom has three closets and a bathroom. we have 5 roomates altoghether in it, which makes for very cheap living. |

| Recent Review: | | The Ivy House is overpriced and a lot of the girls that live here are really inconsiderate. The management is piss poor, and the parking is really awful, because the spaces are too small and you scrape the bottom of your car coming in and out of the garage, plus it's like $70 a month! The room are nice if you get a single, though they are kind of small. It's not bad for a place to live like your first year at UF, but now that they are raising the prices I think it's ridiculous! |

| Recent Review: | | You can see by scores that I have given this apartment complex extremelely high ratings! I gave Appearance a 4 because they really aren't all that attractive from the outside -- but once you step inside you will be blown away! The grounds are immaculate however; they hire grounds staff to come at least 3 or 4 times a week (maybe even daily) to clean up the complex. Always looks gorgeous! I also gave noise level a 4 because once or twice I have had noise problems (but one or twice in a whole year in a college town is pretty damn good!). I get the feeling that most of the people who live here are mature upperclassmen/grad students/families. I never have noise problems from the neighbors, only once in awhile when a party next door moves outside on the patio. Only then can it get rather loud. 99% of the time, however, I live in a very quiet neighborhood. |
