Recent Review:Santa Fe Pointe will tow your car, fine you, nickle and dime you to death but will put zero effort into improving the community.I lived there for 2 years, I can still say this stuff honestly.Maitenance is not kept up and security guards are only around when it's time to meet their sound violation quota. If there is a fight or you are getting robbed they are nowhere in sight....and you will get robbed. They show you no leniancy as a resident but allow themselves all the leniancy in the world.

Recent Review:Overall I have to say this apartment complex is OK.I've lived here for 2 years and the only major complaint is that the walls are PAPER THIN. I can hear every word of my neighbors' phone conversations, TV's, radios, yawns, sneezes etc. NO exaggeration! The management is very friendly. They responded to my 1 maintenance issue very quickly. There was only a slight problem with mold in the bathtub when I moved in and also its drainage. The interstate is right by the apartments, but it doesn't disturb you. There is no security but you don't feel as if you need any. They could work a little harder at the upkeep (ie the same beer bottles have been in my bushes for the past year).

Recent Review:I found this place from a friend who lived there. When I moved in it had new appliances, carpet, paint. I only had one problem with the toilet and when I told them about it. They came out and fixed it. Was a quiet place to live and I did feel safe living there.

Recent Review:I would not tell my best friend to rent here. The walls are thin, and we have been inundated with critters in the ceiling along with flies and maggots.

Recent Review:If you're looking to live in a dorm-like environment but with the freedom of being on your own, this is it. Lots of parties, drunken guys jumping into the pool, etc. If you want something a little more real-life and subdued, this is not it.

Recent Review:The location and amenities are great. Apartment itself was nice, but the management is the worst I've ever dealt with. It took almost a week to get our lock on our mailbox working. The apartment was filthy when we moved in and had to clean it ourselves despite the $100 they charged the previous residents for a "cleaning service." I had to leave halfway through my lease for military service, and they tried to stick my roommate with the enitre rent, even though it was a single lease and should have been broken. A lawyer ended up getting involved and solved the problem. They screwed us over on the security deposit; lost half the money for "misc" things. Ironic because we were both out of state when they did their final walkthrough.

Recent Review:It was a night dream. You can't trust in the management team. Apartment features: Dirty, garbage, lazy management people, very old furniture. Special mention: the carpet (it was the dirtiest I've ever seen in my life.

Recent Review:All I can say about living here is that you get what you pay for. I signed for 399/month after freshman year in the dorms. I live in the 4br/flat style apartment, and have re-signed for a second year at $425. I think the price is fair considering you get reliable internet service, and it includes all utilities. Me and my room mates (all guys) have never gone over once on the alloted amount and always get a few bucks back each month. THe maintainence is quick and friendly, and the office staff is cheerful and helpful, and provides free breakfast when rent is due. One thing I loved about this apartment is having 6 full days to pay rent before its considered late. The provided furniture is outdated however and the bedrooms are small. THe walls are thin enough to hear your room mates but I have never had a problem with adjacent apartments, unless it was a gamenight or weekend. I have never found a problem finding a spot for my car, but it has been hit 3 times due to the tightness of the spaces. I also feel the guest parking is absurd. The guest parking is scarce and also reqires an office pass... rediculous. If my corner apartment were not conveniently located right next to the public laundry room, Id be a little more frustrated. Laundry gets expensive living here, thats all I can say. THe pool facilities are nice but tend to get trashed by disrepectful guests and visitors on the weekends. The close distance to campus is its saving grace and probably wouldnt get much business if it were distanced farther from campus. It is conveniently located near campus and is a great deal for undergrads but i dont plan on being here for my senior year.
