| Recent Review: | | It's true UTW has had some rough time with management, and things never got fixed when people asked.But recently UTW has elected a new board of directors, NOT students, that are taking care of the problems the complex has.The buildings are going to be repaired, since there is some water damage due to lack of prevention.The worst is building 5(my building).Other than lights and gates outside I haven't had any problem with my specific unit.We have a student resident working for the complex, and cleaning up stray trash and taking care of the bushes and pool.It's going to get a lot better in the next year, and with planned construction to make 20th ave more student friendly, it should turn out to be a great place to live. |

| Recent Review: | | The good things about this place is it has a tremendous amout of space. I rented a 2 bedroom with the loft. They are all townhouses with the masterbedroom upstairs. When I stayed there the price was good for the amount of space you got. There is also a small fenced in backyard that you share with your neighbors. There was no need for any maintneance but when it was it was prompt. THe only negative to this place is it is situated between two large low-income houseing areas. There has been many occasions where the police have been called out to stop disturbances. The area is gated but the blunt drug activity is obvious as soon as you leave your complex. I had no problems while staying there but be well aware of your surroundings. |
